BUSY! BUSY! SUPER BUSY RESTAURANT!!! Many loyal customers~ always a line waiting for table. Decided to order take out.... still... waited 30 minutes. The kitchen is overload with orders! The service: 2 female servers working non-stop. The wife owner is incharge of the front (taking orders either dine-in or take out & cash register). The husband owner is in charge of the kitchen. They work very well as a team! The Food: Spicy noodle with Peanut Butter Sauce - not a good dish for take out, the noodle allstick together & became very mushy. Didn't taste well at all... Sliced beef with pancake - EXCELLENT!!! Lots of sliced beef andthe pancake is so flaky!! Pan fried meat dumpling - the dough is thin & lots of meat, fresh dumplings!! Thin onion pancake -OMG!! Got to order this~ so famous in this restaurant!! Beef stewed noodle soup - The broth is so flavorful and not too dense orsalty. The noodle has great texture. Try this one, you won't regret!! Wonton with spicy sauce - Mmmm... it is very spicy but thewonton are overcooked. Wonton skin were all out of shape and mushy taste. The Parking: Plaza parking lot (free) Read more
