Zaxby's service a delicious Cobb salad. The side of toast really compliments this classic salad. ???? ????

First timer but I think I understand why I didn?t like it after talking to people who rave about it?the toast was cold and... chewy, the chicken strips had been sitting (not hot) and the wings were the best and may have been fresh or reflashed and saucedso they were hot. Fries were a six. But I could not get over how bad the chicken strips were for a chicken place so now it makesmore sense. I bet this food is pretty good if it is up to standard. Girl was on personal phone. Had to ask for table to be wiped & for my toast. Chicken is WAY salty & fries had way toooo much... seasoned salt so were also very salty. My food was cold ?. It almost Immediately ready?. Cus it had been sitting for quite awhile .. some buffalo wings were totally dried out to the point of being crispy. Very disappointed today! Rather disappointed. Not sure 3 is worthy. Something wasn't right. Couldn't determine if chicken was too Salty or the sauce was... too salty. Fingers are about size of a Dollar Stores $1 dinners. For comparison: 2 fingers may have went end to end of a hot dogbun, maybe. And most definitely wasn't as wide as ½ the bun. Toast wasn't warm. When asked, cashier stated it was made thatday. Hot garbage. Ordered online. I arrived four minutes after pick-up time. Not a huge deal but order was not ready. Young guy asks... if I'm there for a pick up, I say yes; another guy laughs and asks a young lady to make a tea. She set my order and a tea on thecounter. I ordered one sweet tea and an unsweetened tea so I told her there should also be an unsweetened tea. While she ismaking that I peek in the bag, it looks like everything is there. I take my order home, open the bag, realize there are no Zaxbysauces in there. I ordered two meals, each stated they came with one Zaxby sauce. I opened my container, I ordered the Zaxby'ssignature club sandwich, which should include bacon on it, alas, no bacon (you pay more for this sandwich). I thought, oh well,I'm hungry. I took a bite of the sandwich, not even warm. Should have known because the cheese wasn't even slightly melting. Atea couple of fries, they tasted like they were sitting out most of the day. I only live about five minutes away, food should atleast be warm and somewhat fresh tasting when I get home. Nope. I usually do not complain about stuff like this. I understandit is hard to find people to work right now. It is funny that these workers expect a $15 an hour wage but can't do the easiesttasks correctly, first of which is reading an order. The franchise owner of the Zaxby's in Temple, TX really needs to show upand see what is happening at this restaurant. The employees probably need to find some work ethic, manners, and another line ofwork...fast food is much too complicated for them. So I have never been here before this was my first time coming in today and OMG. It was not only beautiful inside from the decor... to the employees but the food is delicious. I order the 5 wing and 3 tender combo and it was delicious made. The toast wasgreat I did speak to the manager Valerie who I told that my wings were a bit hard at the bottom. Not only did she apologize butshe said that she will make me a fresh order which was great it was an awesome experience.
