I ordered two 20 piece meals and I only ended up getting one and when I tried to call back nobody answered and so right now I... feel like they stole $15.99 for me plus taxes. I have pictures of what I got. I called at noon the next day all they offered mewas to give me what I was missing I ask for my money back and they said they would have to call me back because manager thinksshe can't do it because it happened at 11:46 pm day before. Didn't offer nothing extra due to the fact I couldn't feed all myfamily last night because I only got half my order. Very disappointed and this isn't the first time this has happened to me Idon't understand how u can't read a paper telling you what goes in a bag. I'm sorry they will not get my business again. This is the 3rd time in a row my order is wrong and the last 2 time the night manager his self done my order and every time I... have to have door dash issue credits and go threw the whole mess. Best wing stop experience to date. We came in on 5/4 at around 8pm. We we?re waited on promptly, and the guy taking our order... was super nice. We got the thigh bite bundle deal, and it is worth the $15-$16. So much food! Two regular orders of thigh bites(so many pieces) one large order of fries, and two drinks. We also ordered the 5 piece cajun corn (absolutely underratedchoice!!) The corn might have been my favorite part! The food was ready in less than 10 minutes and everything was hot and freshas we ate in, but the fries were crispy, I have never had crispy fries from wingstop before! Read more
I keep giving this location a chance, and I'm not sure why. Ordered delivery this time. Took about an hour, which was fine; I'm... sure they were busy. But if I'm waiting that long, I expect to at least get hot/ warm food. It was cold. I live less than 10minutes away. The delivery driver also neglected to read the instructions and decided to knock on the door anyway. That causedmy dog to bark incessantly and woke my toddler up. Thanks for that. Very nice place and in a good location within Market Place. First time here ordering the garlic parmesan boneless wings with... fries. Not crowded at the time. Was explained to me of all they had on menu. A bonus to me was when they let me try the saucesfor me to choose from. Very nice and friendly staff. Very nice and clean atmosphere.
