I ordered from here on door dash I had a #2 with Texas toast and bacon with all the veggies. My food arrives and I come to find... out I got a regular bun with just 2 meat Pattie?s. I spent over 15$ on this b1*ch a$$ meal and reached out to customer serviceand wasn?t even compensated. Zero stars if I could. Sadly we waited 37mins for our food through the drive thru. We were handed the wrong order and when we... informed the lady she seem like it didn't matter, she took the food but almost dumped the drinks then proceeded to hand thatorder to the truck behind us. After waiting another 10mins, she returns with our food. Burgers were completely cold, nocondiments on them, and fries felt like they came from the fridge. Read more
Do not try and redeem rewards here, they will leave out some other part of your order in return for your reward. A free small... fry, sure, but the large drink is missing? Come on. This happens literally every time, and I continue to tell myself to checkthe bag before leaving, but always forget. Service isn't that great (wait at curbside for 20 minutes), and food qualitycontinues to disappoint. I wish we could return to when it was actually a place to be excited about. Read more
Quite possibly the worst whataburger I have ever been to. Keep giving them a chance but they fail every time. Must be... corporate-owned, because no real businessperson would let their business be so bad for so long. And by bad, I mean service. Family loves Whataburger food but this store is terrible. They stopped handing out surveys because they can?t fix the problemsthe surveys reveal. I hate to think about the hundreds and hundreds of dollars I?ve spent at that store and received about halfthe value because of their poor service. Never again. Am a regular here between 10 pm to 6 am. Their service super slow but thats because the cook everything fresh. Sometimes... depending on your order, like chicken strips...that thing so fresh from the frier it will BURN your mouth. My mouth burned for aweek but worth the wait. 100% of the time they will forget your gravy and 1 out of 1000 times it will be watery but its justgravy and I will just go around again for them to replace it unless they didnt charge me. Sometimes they wont charge you for thegravy. Most of the time. Great stuff great people. Read more
