Simple drink orders at this location take between 30-45 minutes to get out. We order via mobile and every time it?ll say someone... is coming with our order and 10-30 minutes go by with no one bringing it. We had a one time issue with the drink being bad so wenotified them that their syrup is probably gone. They said they?d fix it and send out a new drink. 20 minutes later, no drink.So we let them know that we still haven?t gotten a new drink. Guy said they?d send someone. Screen indicates someone is comingwith our order within one minute of resubmitting it. Still no one in sight. We were there for almost 40 minutes at this point.Finally we call asking for the manager. We get our drink finally but the manager barely said two words. No apology orrecognition that we had been there for close to an hour waiting for one single Dr. Pepper. Just ordered a route 44 diet dr pepper and not even half mile down road lid pops of and I realize it's cause top cup is crushed.... I swear as much as I love getting my drinks at Sonic I'm getting tired of hassle I go through. More then half drive up screensare never on, service is almost always slow. It's not just this location either... smh Read more

0 stars if I could. I ordered a strawberry cream slush (ice cream slush) and it rung in incorrectly. I let the worker know, so... they rung it up correctly. The drink still was made incorrectly. I asked the carhop to have them remake it so she takes it back,and the drink guy had put a dollop of ice cream on top and had the carhop bring the drink back overflowing. I said ?did they noteven remake it?? She said ?yeah they won?t do that.? What? I worked at sonic for 2 years. Not to mention using basic customerservice skills. She takes it again, brings it back and said the drink maker is new and ?doesn?t know what he?s doing? so he justthrew everything into a blender and put it in a new cup. It was completely melted by this time too. I didn?t even get offered mymoney back. Apparently they were physically incapable of making me the right drink. The employees here are incompetent and rude.Side note, about 15/20 of their stalls are broken or off at all times. I would rather drive 20 minutes to the Belton Sonic thanever come here again, even though it?s right by my house. Hope this Sonic gets new management or gets shut down. Read more

Ehh only because you asked. Was not great. Manager took order, was on point. Was asked if we wanted drink holder for four... route 66 limeade, so obviously we said yes. When the young lady brought them up to us without holder, we asked for it. Shelooked at us for a good five seconds, then asked if we "really" want the holder. We said yes! She rolled her eyes like aimmature child and got the holder. Instead of giving her a four dollar tip, she got the loose change. Read more

Food was good, the shakes were melted and between broken stalls and no one answering the drive through it took 40 minutes to get... my online order. I understand being busy and short staffed but not even acknowledging the guest is 100% unacceptable. Shouldhave been able to at least say ?Hey we are busy but we will be right with you?! Read more

The service was fast and super sweet and my order came out fast and correct for once. But what is giving 3 stars is the RAT I... seen run around outside. Just disgusting but I just hope and pray the rat didn?t come from inside the establishment!!! Read more

I have not been satisfied with this sonic location for the past year, and I live just a few blocks from it. I would rather drive... across town to another location than to go here. Their mobile ordering never works, which means I end up not getting the 99¢drink special and having to pay full price. They also have the whole second strip of order spots caution taped off and out ofuse. Many times I cannot find a spot to park to order, and when I do the screen is broken and I cannot order at that slot. TodayI just drove across town to get my drink special and plan to continue to do the same. Read more
