Additional Information
Have been coming to Shipleys since I was a kid. Employees should definitely learn a thing or two about customer service.! There... was mold in a kolache that I had ordered yesterday. had a few leftover that were refrigerated and warmed up. and I called totell them about it just to let them know there was something going on with the kolache?s and a young man has the audacity totell me I don?t know what?s in your refrigerator, but the mold is not from us. Not apologies unsure how that may have happenthanks for letting us know. Read more

We stopped into Shipley's Do-nuts today. It was our first time probably our last. Duncan's are opening soon across the... street. When we arrived around 1230 there was no other customers. One girl was cleaning the donut counter behind the front, ayoung looking guy was refilling the refrigerator with drinks, another person in the back and a young guy at the counter. No oneacknowledged us, said hello, morning or anything. Although the guy at the counter was somewhat looking at us it wasn't clear hewas ready to help us until we asked for help. He was wearing street clothes as were the other employees not very professional. Read more
Visited on Friday Morning 08/19/2022. I placed my order at the drive thru at the window. The girl who took my order was too busy... chatting with the two boys behind her. I was not greeted with a hello or how can i help you. Just a blank stare. I had to repeatmyself multiple times. When she handed over the bag. I didn't get a thank you, or a have a great day. Nothing. She just closedthe drivethru window in my face without a goodbye. I drove home and realized that my kid's donut holes were missing from theorder. Donut holes are now priced at 2.25/dozen. Insane. customer service is really important. There's three employees standingaround having a conversation at the window and none of them decided to check my bag for accuracy. That's NOT EVEN doing the bareminimum at a drive thru. You should get Zero stars. I am never coming back. Read more

With the previous owner, it was great. But with the new owner, it is terrible. Even when they're appropriately staffed, there is... no rush or synergy among staff. There is no communication for someone to grab part of an order while the register person isstill taking orders. One person checking out everyone, and they're inefficient. Lines are back to the bathroom inside, and outto the road outside. Many times they don't utilize the outside person with a tablet to help advance the car line. It would seemas though they have more business than with the previous owner, but it's just simply that they're not keeping up. 20-30 minutelines inside. The person at the register needs to only be getting donuts, and have a runner for kolaches and drinks and anythingelse that is not closely located by the register. Too much chit chat with the customers. I also understand that the new owner isnot ever there, and has told the workers not to contact him, call him, or bother him, but to simply run the business. This isnot good business ownership qualities. Once Dunkin' donuts opens up, you're going to lose a lot of business if you don't getthis problem resolved. Read more
