I believe the store should be open at 6 am. It was but when I get there nobody would take orders. 2 cars drove off because... nobody would answer the box. I arrived there at 6:05 am and left at 6:09 am. That is unacceptable. Guess I?ll eat atWhat-A-Burger from now on. Read more

I guess I'm going to find another breakfast hotspot. This McDonald's never has hot hash browns they are always just lukewarm at... best they are out of Coke a lot and this morning they were out of breakfast tacos. Very slow, all order done thru the order kiosk. Waited 30 minutes for our food. Once they place your order on the counter they... quickly go to the back so good luck getting there attention to get the drinks or missing items for your order. Read more
The drive through was about 9 cars deep so we went inside to eat. There were 7 people waiting for their order. I walked to the... kiosk to place my order. When I tried to pay it said the cashless system wasn?t working and to take my receipt to the cashier topay. The receipt never printed. No paper? So I went to the register where I stood (with all seven people who were already there)for about 10 minutes. No one made any eye contact with anyone in the lobby and no one was getting their food. We decided toleave. The drive through was completely empty when we left and everyone who was in the lobby was still waiting on their orderswithout any idea how long it would take since the screen with the order numbers was turned off. This is the worst McDonald's ever. Literally was in the drive through for over 15 minutes, and the second line was blocked off.... They had no sweet tea or lemonade available to order. When you get your food, check your bag because 99.9% of the timesomething is missing. And why do I have to ask for napkins? Read more
Witnessed this freezer open for sometime. So if you eat here in the next couple weeks and get food poisoning, this could be... the reason. Besides the unsafe food practices and health risk. The hot fudge tastes like nail polish remover, the fries arecold in the center. Im guessing it's hot fudge mixed with cleaning solution. So basically I just paid for food that my familycan't and shouldn't eat. Now I get to pay for a pizza. Thanks for screwing me out of money and risking my family's health McDonald's, I will boycott this location from now on. I think the reviews speak for themselves. I called and reported theproblems to a manager, because obviously no supervisors work New Years Eve. The manager could pretty much careless. When you ask for extra cheese, mayo or tarter sauce is. They charge you for it. But don't provide the order correctly. Their... french fries are over cooked and are as hard as wooden toothpicks. Quit being chenchy. Improve the quality of your product. Read more
