I ate here yesterday after not visiting this place for 5+ years. Ordered a wrap. I just didn't like it. It was dry. The cucumber... and tomato salad had no taste . Family ordered nacho basket. Queso was bland. The atmosphere was nice. It was super cold inhere when the heater wasn't on. Just not a fan. Read more
Worst experience ever! I arrived to place a simple TO GO order and the ONE person they had taking orders with a line of people... behind me, couldn't seem to know anything about the menu. I placed my order and when I was provided the total, I questioned theprice that was almost $30 for what was clearly NOT what I had viewed on the menu. I was only ordering 2 soups, and half asandwich. She seemed not to understand the pricing after several minutes, so I cancelled the order and ordered something elseout of frustration. The customer behind me had the same issue, and he finally just said "forget it", and walked out. A seatedcustomer started a conversation about the wait with me, as she advised me that they had called in their order and had beenwaiting about an hour, as they were continuously running out of items that she had ordered. If it?s not one thing wrong it?s other? Ordered the veggie with bacon a couple weeks ago and it came with olives ( the veggie... doesn?t come with olives). Called in and the manager Xavier said to come in when I can and they will make me a meal for free.Came in today and ordered the same thing.. a veggie with bacon In store and when I got home guess what, more olives? I?mallergic and this sandwich shouldn?t even have olives in the first place. Went back to get my order corrected. When I got home Irealized they forgot bacon?. The order-takers and runners are very friendly. The food was great. While I was eating, a sports team pulled up on a bus and... the staff handled the dozens of customers very well; food was flowing out the kitchen. Read more
Updated:10/21/22 Picked up online order. We waited a little longer than quoted time but the lady who brought out our order was... very apologetic & explained they ran out of potatoes. The food was hot, fresh and well worth the wait. Read more
Wish I would have taken a pic, but sandwiches were good but cup of potatoes salad turned out to be a half a cup. I blame myself... for not checking before I got home. Just want what I paid for, that's all! Disappointed Read more
I have learned from the past that we need to start going in and sit down to eat b/c I have gotten wrong orders and sometimes... missing items when I go through the pickup window. Note: check bag in parking lot before you leave if you do go through thepickup window. We decided to give them another try Saturday after shopping in the marketplace. And to my surprise everything wasfresh. The garden Fresh Turkey club was good and my tomato and cucumber salad was ok could've had more dressing but for the mostpart it was a good meal. Clean inside and bathroom was clean. We will eat here again but like I said inside only. Read more
Every single time I order a to go order, there is always at least one thing still wrong! Tonight, I ordered chef salad with... ranch dressing. I received balsamic vinaigrette. The tea tastes like clorox water. Ask for no cucumbers and got them anyway.What if I was allergic to these items I did not order? Please do better! Read more
