Idk what happened. The staff was great, the restaurant was clean, bright and well stocked. We got our sub, it had an item we... took off the order and the items we wanted extra were barely there. Jersey mikes. Horrible customer service. I?m currently at a store on temple Texas on 31st street. They are out of bread and many... vegetables. I asked if I could get a few more slices of turkey since the store was out of so many items. I was told no that it?snot possible to accommodate me with extra slices of turkey. I was told by the young lady that I could only receive a free drink.I didn?t want chips cookie or soda since I came only in for a sandwich after a 12 hour shift at the hospital. And making it tothe gym. The young lady was polite but that is not how you treat your customers when the store didn?t adequately prepare for theday. I?m very disappointed. Read more
