The waitress, was amazing? I wish I remember her name, but we were there at 11AM on Saturday 8/20/2022 and I left a review on... the card device saying she was ?amazing?? so if that helps management, that would be great. Number one thing she did was geteverything we needed before needing? no waiting? your Coke is halfway full, she got you another before you even thought ofasking? the same with everything else, making her job easier and experience that much better! Had not been to a Chili's in years. Glad I stopped in. They were not very busy and were quick and courteous. The menu has... changed quite a bit. Had a small salad with some chicken tenders. The bartender made an excellent Mexican martini! Read more
We ordered on doordash from here, our dasher waited a while, it was busy no big deal. we get our food, it's all tamped up so our... dasher couldn't have tampered with it. Our order was missing the dessert and a salad. THEN we start eating, tell me why my bigmouth bite had a bite taken out of it? Look are deceiving. I will not go into the full shabang of the mishap because I'm trying this on my phone. Had to get our food... replaced. My son had wanted half of my bread so I split it and gave it to him. Just so happened that half had hair in it. Thewaitress offered to get the manager but I know "life happens" so I just requested to have both be remade. I got my food andthen found some mystery food in it. Absolutely great visit! Food was great, may be I was just hungry? Still food tasted great. Service was above and beyond. Wish I... could remember the waitress name, she did amazing!
