Starting with the eastern entrance: this location has a door that is inoperable that poses a potential fire and safety hazard.... You have to use the south entrance towards W Adams. When inside, the menu is blacked out rendering no ability to view choiceitems. After ordering, I was given 2 Original Chicken sandwiches and my drink. I had not instructed the cashier to removeanything and yet both of my sandwiches had no toppings. Adding insult as this order was $12.74. This is important because just 2days prior, I ate at another Burger King in Temple, TX off of I-35 by the Buccees in Temple. I ordered the exact same 2 OriginalChicken sandwiches and same sized drink and paid $9.18. So it's one thing to give the wrong order, yet in retrospect, I'm payingmore for less! Yes, it's only a few dollars but it's the principle to be clear. This location had terrible staff. Adding more tothe experience; one of the employees had their child in the established unsupervised. You read that correctly, an EMPLOYEE, nota customer. To paint the picture: the employee was my csshier who is and still is as this post is written, actively working. Idid not photograph the child for obvious reasons. Highly unprofessional. This location needs better management and much more. Read more
It?s 10pm, and I make my way to the drive thru to get something to eat for my boyfriend. (Im the only customer at the store) I... wait about 5 minutes on the intercom, and still no one has said anything. I say ?hello?? Still, no response. So i call burgerking in hopes they?ll answer and finally serve me?Nope! they accept the call, and hang up TWICE. So i drive to the window, getout of my car, and walk around the burger king perimeter to see if there are any employees?Yup! there was a tall older whitemale maybe in his late 30?s in a black uniform, and a short hispanic male, maybe 5?1?completely ignoring me! This has neverhappened in my life so i had no idea what to do. I should have taken a picture of them I sincerely regret not doing so. I wasnever served, and even though i was knocking on the window, they acted as if no one was there. Read more
I can't even blame the employees for this one. They were completely swamped. What I can say is this. In what world is it logical... to run a skeleton crew with one cook and four total employees on a night where you know you are probably going to get moretraffic than any other day of the year. Whoever was in charge of staffing for these poor souls in this location really let boththeir employees down as well as their customers. The fireworks show happens every year in the same spot. There is no excuse, andit's kind of reminiscent of FEMA's response to hurricane katrina. I placed a mobile order, then I waited in the Drive-Thru for35 minutes. Then I was told to go inside where I waited for another 25 minutes. It was insane. People were getting the wrongorders. They almost gave me someone else's order in the drive-thru. Put the right amount of employees on shift. I may have abachelor's degree in a business related field, but it doesn't take a college education to know that a fully staffed restaurantresults in higher levels of customer service, employee happiness, and efficiency. Do better before you lose the employees youhave left. Read more
Went by the Burger King location off of West Adams went through drive-through waiting for about 15 minutes. Ordered a couple... double whoppers two kids meals some mozzarella sticks and a couple drinks. This was the worst service and food quality that I?veever gotten at a burger stand. Both of our burgers were cold extremely cold both kids mealsWe?re also cold The mozzarella stickscheese wasn?t even melted it was already hard the fries were poor my daughters chicken nuggets were dry and cold and dark browninstead of being a golden brown. The only thing that was good that we receive were the drinks and the ketchup packets. Wentback to get a refund And when we walked in there employees We?re wearing the hat backwards Any management looked sloppy. Bewareof this location. That?ll be the last time we ever visit that Burger King Read more

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Pulled into the drive through and waited, and waited. Someone else pulled into the drive through... next to us and they took there order. Then someone else pulled behind them and they too their order. Still heard nothing fromour side so we left. FIX YOUR STUFF BK OR BLOCK IT OFF! Update 2-19-22 decided to go back and give them another chance. Pulledinto the drive through and sat for 5 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. Done with this location!
