The food is amazing but all people and owner(Vira) there are mind blowing! We went there for dinner on our trip back from... Houston. After making home I realized I forgot my wallet! Chatted with owner who was on vacation at that one but promptlyresponded! Next day I went back and collected my wallet and everything was in there along with all the cash! First, I was pleasantly surprised of a fine Indian restaurant on Temple. If I'm not mistaken, this is only the second indian... restaurant in town. The ambiance was good, warm and inviting. Food was super good and presented/displayed well, reallyapatizing to the eye, taste was fantastic. Service was also very good, they were attentive to every detail. The cocktail wasalso very good. Only one area to improve, everything in Texas is big, but their portions were small, add few extra ounces ofgravy or few pieces of meat and you are golden. Read more

Best place to get an Indian food. The taste of food was delicious! I tried chicken tandoori and I felt like I am eating tandoori... india. I have tried many places but this is the best place to get tandoori. Apart from that we ordered curries and it washaving aromatic taste. I would recommend must try homestyle chicken curry and naan. We totally came here by chance. The place next door was closed, so we tried some new fare. I've never had Indian food before,... but I'm adventurous. The menu was extremely foreign to me, but the staff is super helpful. Most of them seem like they all eatthere frequently, and they had tons of insightful suggestions. We loved the food so much, we went two nights in a row! We endedup having 5 different items from the mine and they were all very different. The Pani Puri is definitely an experience to tryonce.
