Went to the drive through, no cars in front of me, waited at speaker for over five minutes, so I politely said, "hello". From... there the employee comes on and immediately starts giving me reasons to not take my order. After a few minutes of this, Icalmly explained to the employee how them, throwing the management under the bus and making up excuses, instead if asking me tohold, was really unprofessional. I ordered 4 orders fish sticks, fries and pepper poppers. Asked for extra sauce. Received all except 3orders of fish sticks.... Reordered got fish, but no Tatar sauce. The old Arby's was better. Door dash delivered. When called Arby's he said nobody fromdoor dash had arrived and that my order was still there, yea the other half! Read more
Amazing first thing you are told is they are short employees. The whole time at counter one of the employees was sitting in a... booth with her bare feet up on adjoining seat in booth. The floor was so sticky you could hear a sucking sound when ever youtook a step. Was same way last time i was there but that time 3 employees were all sitting at separate booths and never made amotion to get up. Who hires these kind of irresponsible kids? Read more

This is the worst Arby's I have ever went to! The inside was closed due to the manager not insuring registers where properly... maintained. When asked for the store number was told"I am not a manager I don't have to know, the address is on the building!" Drive through was backed up around the building and not moving, sat 20 min and line never moved... people started driving away.Improperly staffed only had 2 people working at 6pm on a Thursday evening! I would not recommend anyone ever going to thisArby's... what a shame it is new location and building so sad as it is the only Arby's in Temple tx. Read more
I have reviewed Arby's before, but I wanted to review it specifically for the new fish strip basket. It is delicious! I received... Arby's coupons in the mail and on the back, it was advertising this new fish strip basket (hush puppy breaded fish strips). Icame here for that reason. Although their menu board wasn't updated, they had it available. They made me a fresh basket and Ilike it a lot! (I'm a seafood person, especially fish #Yum). So get in the car and go try it...today is 7/27/22...no telling howlong they will keep it. Read more
Alright y?all? don?t usually do this type of thing but come on. We were served RAW chicken at Arbys on West Adams today. Kind of... a big deal because ya know? I?m 31 weeks pregnant.???? now let?s just hope we don?t get sick and that this doesn?t harm my baby.Spit it out as soon as we noticed a difference in the texture. I may have found the unhappiest place on earth. The staff looked miserable and acted miserable. Body language was clearly... stating "what the heck do you want!" This is a management leadership issue. What's happening? Any fast food restaurantclaiming they can't find workers regardless of pay may experience poor management induced misery. Bad pay, bad work scheduleand bad management equals worker shortage. You can't swing a dead varmint and not hit a Help Wanted sign. Workers have optionswhile owners and management are change adverse.
