I pulled in the parking lot and parked. At which time an employee and 5 other people were standing outside smoking a cigarette.... Which is whatever. The employee then states they're closed. Two hand written signs saying closed on the door. As I left someonewalks out with two slurpees in hand. So only closed to the unsuspecting few I guess? Read more

I have developed a good relationship with all the employees at this store being that it is walking distance from where I live.... Also, there has been many times that I have helped them with anything needed. It is a great group of folks and I will continueto go there often... Read more

Anthony Oaks, an employee, is very rude and has poor customer service skills. I was accused of being a thief upon my entrance... into the store and I had $284 in my pocket. Just needed to urinate. Read more

would like to start with the fact this review is for the new location at I-35 and Ave M. At the moment you can not leave reviews... there..... This was my 3rd 7-11 to stop at to get air for my tires before heading across Texas for Thanksgiving and my 3rd timeto waste $1.50 as they do take money for services they can not provide but they do not return it after you find out that thedevice is broken. Normally I would just blow it off but now I'm all out of quarters, missing my thanks giving with my mom whois close to 80 and no telling if she will see the next one AND one of the employees did know that the compressor had issues anddid not bother to take the time to put a simple note on the machine with one simple word saying broken. He figured that sinceit would give up to 35 psi it was worth leaving on. My tire is down to 40psi and needing an additional 30psi to get to 70psi tobe properly inflated. Read more
