This location has turned around alot. Changed to a 4 star from a 1 star. However this very well could be moved five star in... the future with consistency. I'm definitely putting them back into regular rotation. Read more

We go to alot of restaurants across the U.S. as we are truck drivers.i would like to compliment the 2 young waiters/waitresses... here at waffle house. they were both courteous, kind and attentive to their customers.. Can't go above a three.. food is a standard you get for the price you pay.. the staff usually doing their own thing our waitress... seemed more busy with her girlfriend than to get us the correct orders or drinks..2 coffees 2 waters..not too difficult but itis when distracted with a significant other and you are chatting nonstop in a place of business. I normally do not write negative reviews, however, this is the only way I could express how frustrated I am that they NEVER... answer their phones. Several times I have tried to order to go and every single time I get a voice recording. I want to be ableto walk in and pick up my order, NOT go in to order then wait for them to cook it. This has become a issue this past year. Iwork night shift at a hospital. When I get off a 12 hour shift, tired and hungry I just want to place my order OVER THE PHONE,as I'm leaving work and pick it up on my way home. Please address the phone issue.
