Wish I could leave 0 stars for the service I experienced. I waited 40 minutes for my food and then someone who placed a larger... order (walk in) AFTER ME got their food before me. After waiting for 40 minutes I was over it, and wanted to just go home. Iasked the MANAGER for a refund to which she tried to deny me twice by saying ?literally your foods almost ready? word for wordsorry but i LITERALLY do not care, i have already waited so long. Super dissatisfied and based on the reviews im not the onlyone who has experienced rude and horrible customer service. Im all for younger staff in management however have someone with alittle bit more empathy and sympathy. Im very upset Read more

This location was ok. It looks a little rough with a board up replacing the door. My food was ok at best.
Been waiting for over 20 minutes just for some fries. I had tried to get fries yesterday as well but it was a 45 minute wait. I... was told about the wait time after already waiting 10 minutes in line as the workers decided to do other things. I am unsure whothey prioritize but they have those who ordered in person waiting, phone orders waiting, online orders waiting, and deliveryorders waiting. Read more
THIS WINGSTOP & THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE A JOKE!! I went to this wingstop today at 4:30pm & ordered a medium 8 piece wing combo with... fries & a drink & WAITED OVER AN HOUR!! The employees were awful workers & the white girl with brown hair would rather sit &flirt with the two black cooks then build peoples orders or help AT ALL, they?d rather stand around doing NOTHING & gossip forthe whole restaurant to hear, this place is a joke!!! Workers had a huge rush, were under staffed for a large majority of the time I was there and still managed to cook orders up at... a good rate! As a former food service employee I know the feeling! Food was amazing despite having a slight wait, all food cameout perfect and steaming hot! Read more
Took forever, staff was more concerned with flirting with one another than cooking the food. Everytime someone asked how much... longer, the answer was "Almost done with your order" and then it still took another 15-20 minutes. Every single Wing Stop I goto is like this. never in my life have i seen such unprofessionalism, aside from the fact that it took me and my friends an hour to get our food... and 3 of our orders were wrong, the lady named kourtney who was taking orders was downright the rudest person i have everexperienced in customer service ever, not only did it take 30 minutes for her to take our order, she was literally being racistin front of the entire store, yelling at a ups delivery man, and just generally being confrontational with everyone in thestore. do. not. go. here.
