This location has great food and service! I was originally going to eat at the McDonald's up the street, but their dining room... was closed. It was only 4:00pm on a Saturday. I'm glad they were, because I finally got to experience this amazing restaurant.The employees were very friendly and served me with a smile. The food was nice and hot and made correctly. The lobby wasn't toobusy and was clean. I observed a ln employee wiping down tables and emptying trash. The drink station was well stocked and cleanas well. The portions of food were big and a better value than McDonald's. I highly recommend this location to anyone who needsa great meal with great service! Read more
I would just like to start with how amazing our service was. We also had a really cute server/window man. I?m pretty sure he was... the manager. You?d be lucky so have him at your window. He was so enthusiastic, happy, and Charismatic of his lovely customers.He even gave us some complementary Whataburger sanitizer. He kept great conversation. He was also very funny. I gotta say, with all the negative reviews floating around about their locations, this location needs some props. Holy cow that... was an amazing meal. Gravy is freaking delish, burgers were still hot and fries fantastic even taking them home. Best damn mealfrom a WB in a while! Not sure whats going on at this location but they are doing it right. Second time here in just as many days. I get out, this place is new and just opened. The first visit had the bacon cheese... burger. Asked for no pickles or mustard. Was not told the was no other condiments. No big deal. Burger arrives with a dry labelon it. Thanks for the heads up. Flavor is ok. Nothing to spectacular. The fries were lifeless and bland. Not even the spicyketchup could save them. The Dr pepper shake is the hero for this meal. Left slightly disappointed with the excitement of a newburger place to try out as I haven't had whataburger is over 10 years. Ok I'll give it one more try. Everyone is talking abouthow good the green Chili double is! Great! I love green Chili, let's do it. Boom! Order the burger, this time opting for theonion rings! And finish the mask with the Dr pepper shake! Get to work open the burger and it's the saddest looking thing I'veseen. I see not a hint of green Chili? Did I accidently order the wrong meal? Upon closer inspection I lift the top bun and findthat three person adding the Green Chili must have worked at the LaCroix factory because it was the sparsest amount. There wasmaybe a dozen little pieces that only half my bites would be graced with flavor and again run into the issue of a dry burger.Spicy ketchup to the rescue. The pieces with the chili were good so there is potential. The onion rings were really good and hadflavor. And once again the Dr pepper shake is the saving grace. Read more
