This used to be one of my go-to places when I needed something quick and decent to eat. However, two days in a row now I've had... to leave and go elsewhere. Yesterday while trying to use their drive-thru I was told their systems were down and they wouldn'tbe taking orders. Today I walked in at the same time as a woman and her daughter. The man behind the register took their orderand then said to me that he would be with me in just a moment. He then walked away And after about 5 minutes I was stillstanding there waiting to be waited on as the line behind me grew larger and larger. I'm leaving this review purely based on customer satisfaction and quality of service. Veronica, one of the lead shift managers... here at this location goes above and beyond every morning. Not to mention that Wendy's has hands down the #bestbreakfast ever.Veronica and her crew which run the morning shift. Ordered dinner for myself and my husband on the app like we always do on nights we decide to get carry out. My husband suggested... Wendy's like he always does. My husband offered to pick the food up and waited within the appropriate time to go pick up thefood from the restaurant. Husband called to get the receipt because the store did not have our food so I sent him the receiptand log in info for the app just in case. Husband called back again saying that the manager called him a liar and said wealready picked up our food and this has happened before with us. Manager told husband that he is lying and saying how does thestore or manager know that wife did not come in and pick up food before my husband walked in. The Manager Andrew would not giveus our food and refused to make any amends or even offer a refund. Instead came up with excuses and reasons to treat us withdisrespect and make accusations that are simply false. Over food that was no more than 16 dollars? I would understand if it wasa order greater than 100 dollars or so. But was all that hate and lies worth it? I really enjoyed wendys. But after this Ihonestly will not be buying my family food from here again after being treated with such hate! Read more

Love this location! It?s right next to the mall and storage. Love it for real tho. It gets busy for sure I mean look at the... location it?s hot right now. Anyway be cool staff is friendly and helpful so enjoy the place Ps. If you fancy a fire flame ????breakfast get the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Crispy bacon. This is always one of the most busiest places to eat at. There still something about Wendy's that keeps us going anyways. The... food is great and the Frosty are still a added bonus. If recommended this place to anyone. Read more
