Staff was a little rude and before I could even look at a menu or grab my phone to place a mobile order as I intended before... entering and did so before leaving but almost didnt want too with the employee basically harassing me to place an order thesecond I walked in and not believe me when I told I will be if you give me a minute no just continues to say people say thingslike that often but dont they just come in for the cool air or power outlets or get soda for free. First its Arizona and way tohot outside to be stuck in it with nowhere to go sometimes how about have some decency in you and realize both just humans atthe end of the day. Legendary customer service at this location. Crews are well trained! I'm not sure if she's the manager but there is this cute... girl with Nike Airs and she seems to run things great!She was sweet to me and everyone there. All of there cookies are always over baked and burnt. They always give you the wrong order. Find bugs and hair cooked in food.... There never give you napkins, ketchup packets or ranch cups if u ask for them. The manager is always yelling at customers andemployees at the drive-through station.
