This used to be one of our favorite places to enjoy a stake. Unfortunately we had a horrible experience. We waited for 35... minutes after we placed our order to receive a burned stake when we asked for a medium rare stake. One of the servers offeredto grill another stake but we didn't have time to wait. I will consider going back just because the bread is to die for. Read more
Food is always great.. this time around service was a bit lacking. I understand "the rush" y'all experience.. but don't give... your servers more then they can handle.. but when we reminded or had request of accommodation.. our server went an addressed thematter. Read more

Texas Roadhouse is one of America's finest restaurants of all time. Great selection of steaks, chicken, ribs, etc. The hot fresh... dinner rolls is a signature appetizer. The entire crew of workers are always making sure everyone who eats has a memorableexperience. I take my Arizona hat off to the good ole Texas Roadhouse. Read more
The Steak was so juice and seasoned just right , even the next day it was still juice !!! The drinks were great and that bread... melted in your mouth !! The Potatoe was good . The Mac & Cheese needed more Seasoning ???? Read more
It is your Texas Roadhouse, just as you would expect it. Hearty food, an occasional line dance put on by the waiting staff. This... location gets really busy at nights, but the staff turns around tables fast. I would say that 10 minute wait is what you wouldbe mainly looking at. I've eaten at quite a few Texas road house and this one is definitely the best hands down Food is fantastic and seasoned very... well. You definitely won't leave hungry ???? I have 2 complaints tho 1. Long long waiting line even with a reservation 2. Fooddid take a long time ? 3. Came in for dinner, the great thing no wait time. After we sat down we were greeted by our server. We ordered our drinks and I... asked her for some sweetener, she came back 10 minutes later and apologized for forgetting. Ordered a Cesar salad for my wife. Adifferent young lady brought it out I looked for our server and she was no where to be found. A young man then delivered ourfood. I turned around and she (our server) was behind the bar with her back turned to us. She was on her phone for exactly 13minutes and still didn't come to our table. Not until I asked for a box. I'm a big fan of tipping don't think I'm a Scrooge. Shedropped off the bill and left. My total bill was around $50 and I usually tip around $20. But after being ignored and not evenbothering to bring out our order I didn't tip and that's not like me. I wrote on the back of the tip apologizing for no tip andgave her an explanation. And as I got up a manager asked how was everything I replied the food was outstanding. But then Iexplained the note on the table. The food is always prepared how we like it but it seems like the customer service aspect hadlost it's touch starting when you walk in. All monotone with no smile or how are you, just how many and it'll be a minute. Read more
