This may not be for everyone, but remember it is on ASU Campus. It can get a bit rowdy, but the employees handle the shenanigans... well and make it far more fun than it probably is. Good food. Didn't get my drink. Cashier barely speaks English, people had to shuffle around their orders because she couldn't... pronounce the names and they got each other's food. Asked for the bathroom code, it's like 10 digits long and I can't understandwhat she is saying. Read more
Probably only place to get good vegetarian food. Staff are friendly and prices are too good.
Drive thru was having some trouble with the credit card machine and was cash only. Then the register for cash went haywire and I... ended up not getting my change (so tipping 3 bucks) and then they gave my order to the person in front of me. Staff was veryfriendly and accommodating despite the level of stress I'm sure they felt at this busy location. Gave me a freebie to make upfor the cash drawer and order to the wrong person mishap. This Taco Bell is extremely unprofessional. They do not care about third-party orders and delivery drivers. They purposefully... delayed the pick-up process and ignored me the first time I went there. The second time, they served people who came in afterme, and I was waiting for 10-15 minutes while I had to listen to a worker using profanities and foul language as he prepared thedrive-thru orders. I do want to say that the manager was very kind and asked if I had been helped as I was waiting. Care moreabout your third-party delivery drivers. I'm never accepting Taco Bell orders again at this location. It has let me down twice. Read more
I haven't been to Taco Bell in quite some time there have been some changes to the menu a lot of changes not to mention they... have a value menu I tried the spicy potato taco and heading into Rito and a large dr. Pepper that was so good A lot of timesrestaurants the carbonation will be out this tasted wonderful. The manager was so nice she even let me get some ice because thehotel I was staying at the ice machine is broken her name is Liz she was so friendly and accommodating not to mentionprofessional thank you Taco Bell way to go!! This Taco Bell is always great. I had a particularly good experience there tonight. They forgot part of my order so I had to... drive back and was kind of annoyed, but they got right on it when I told them and didn?t give me a hard time at all. I hope a manager gets to see this message. I am a delivery driver and went to pick up a order and it is 7:32 am Monday October... 31st 2022 and a heavier set lady was working the drive thru window with a gentleman working the food part but the heavier setlady was also working the food. I watched this lady touch burritos , cinnibon bites , with no gloves not to mention she alsotouched everybody that came through the drive thrus bank cards, cash etc. With NO gloves. I thought you have to have a foodhandlers card and know you can't touch cash and food with nothing on. I'm grossed out and at awe on why this is happening. Iwill NEVER eat at this place.
