Ordered the sub of the day which was a spicy Italian sub. I asked if I could add turkey. The gentleman who was helping me said I... could add w.e. I go along with my order (fine that there would be a SMALL up charge for adding turkey) when I go to pay Thewoman ringing me out was going to charge me $8.75+ for something that should of costed $3.99 + the up charge for turkey. I askedwhy I was being charged this much and she said the machine automatically changed it to a different sub for adding the turkey andthere was nothing she could do about it. Which is b.s. Had I been notified this prior to adding the turkey I would of kept itthe sub as it was. Waste of food for the company and loss of profit for the poor customer service. She automatically said ?soyou don?t want the sub?? And my response was nope, not because I didn?t have the money but simply because they didn?t do theirjob telling me what would change if I added the turkey. Customer service sucks .. and they move like slugs. Don?t go here if youare on a short lunch break. You?ll spend the whole time in line. Read more
Worst subway ! Always have a problem when I go. Manager melody is very rude and doesn't care for customers.
Worst experience, its closest to work and always came to it! New workers, only 2 and very busy! Run out of soda and notified... them and waited, they kept helping people in line even the ones they kept walking in! I had to go fill my cup from the gasstation machine! This location is great! Subway ran a promotion today from 10am to noon for a free 6inch sub. I brought my mom to get a new Club... sandwich as per the promo, the staff was busy but very energetic and helpful with great attitudes. They listened to my mom whois elderly and assisted with her order. 5 stars for the staff! Read more
Hot food EBT is accepted here! The workers were very kind and made sure that our card worked before ordering too much, and not... even being able to get it. The food overall is very satisfying, hot, and tastes great. Read more
This store has an ACTUAL Sandwich Artist by the name of Mak. Every layer was placed perfectly, cheese melted beautifully, the... sandwich itself was absolute perfection, and the customer service just really went above and beyond. Such a nice experience. Place is disgusting yes that is half proofed bread that's been frozen for later use. The meat...is well old and the dishes have... old food that the manager changed the day dots on to pass inspection and to not waste product. GAG!! Read more
Good food and service. Only issue is that it is significantly more expensive here than other Subway locations in the area.
