Lady buys homeless man a meal who is outside. Then staff attempts to kick me out as a bearded man confusing me as the owner of... his push cart when im just picking up my mobile order. I came into the store with no greeting and the employee seemed like he had an attitude and I ordered double meat in a foot long... tuna sub and I know that there is suppose to be 8 scoops of tuna and he only did 6 and he did seem very happy at all. I have placed an order online for pick up. When I came to pick it up one of the sandwiches was missing. The young girl serving... me gave me huge attitude. Telling me that she is the one who made it and that it has to be there. It was not. The secondsandwich was missing a lettuce, yet she was arguing with me until I showed the receipt. She did made me the missing sandwich butwas awfully rude and dismissive. Horrible customer service. However the food that we got was good. Read more
This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had coming to a subway. Everything with getting my sandwich was fine, after I... paid, one of the employees started shouting at me. Accusing me of coughing, when either me nor, my fiancé did. This employeegave us dirty looks the entire time we entered the store, and then began screaming at us to get out, AFTER We paid for our food.I've never felt so targeted, just coming to a subway. I have been coming to subway for two years and never had a problem untiltoday. I believe the only difference was, I was not in scrubs and I was wearing a tunic dress with leggings and my ash blessingon my forehead from praying. This attitude from this employee needs to be addressed, because it feels like he targeted me andmy fiancé because we are Hindu. I will be reporting this to corporate and I hope his manger can help him adjust his attitudetowards customers and essential workers. Read more
The sandwiches here always taste fresh and no complaints about the food but the staff is a different story. It seems like they... have a high turnover rate here because the kids they hire never seem to like their job and usually have 0 customer serviceskills. They hire younger individuals, some look like teenagers and who have no idea how to treat customers. The few maleemployees are actually pretty nice and greet you and smile but the female employees here are horrific. One of them looked likeshe was high. The other day an African American female employee who is on the heavy side ripped the bread apart rather thanslice it with a bread knife like she's supposed to, barely greeted me or acknowledged me, did a sloppy job with the veggies, anddidn't say thank you at the end of it all. She seemed more concerned about rushing through my order to walk to the back andcheck on her phone and to gossip with another girl there who is also not very nice, she is Caucasian and very thin and pale withblue eyes. This is not the only unpleasant experience I have had here with the staff. Please hire more respectablestaff....maybe some older people since these whipper snappers have absolutely no manners. Also the drink machine doesn'tdispense well-mixed drinks, like the drinks are either too sugary or watery. Read more
Kind morning staff who make quality sandwiches
