I order online and pick up in store and 50% of the time my order is wrong when I get home and no one called. They don?t add... avocado which we pay extra for, they add chicken strips instead of rotisserie chicken, and my favourite was when I ordered eggwhites and they gave me full eggs and didn?t put in the avocado? I can?t eat egg yolks so that sandwich was trash, I wrote inabout it and got an emailed apology; not even a refund for the $6 sandwich I couldn?t eat. Let me start by saying that I don't condone theft and this is a joke. That being said, if you ever want free chips or soda or... practically anything in the front of Subway on Mill and Southern, you'll probably be fine. Went in to go to the bathroom, sawyou had to buy something, waited in the front for five minutes and no one ever came out of the back, so I literally yelled as Ileft, "this is how you loose merchandise." Usually hit or miss whenever I show up or order through delivery apps. This recent order was pretty awful. Both sandwhichs I got... had no meat? I understand toppings and sauces and such but the meat seems like an odd thing to be missing. Read more
This is the worst Subway, I've ever ordered from. They have gotten my order wrong 4 out of the last 5 times. I ordered a foot... long tuna and got a 6 inch chicken teriyaki. I call to complain/reorder and no answer. I wait 5 to 10 mins and call again. Theguy who answers doesn't tell me his name, so I ask for a manager on duty. Surprise, no manager in the store. I ask to leave amessage and have the manager call me back about all the wrong orders I am getting. He takes my name to check the orders and thenhangs up on me.
