the only reason I'm not giving them five stars is because of their turnover rate period seems like anytime I go in there they... have new employees working. It makes me wonder why . I've never had an unpleasant experience at subway until today. The employee coming out of the walkin did not change her gloves,... asked for all the details of my sandwich at once and then did not follow my specifications as to quantity of sauce and finallyreplied to a text message on her phone while standing at the register, did I mention I barely got a decent amount of vegetables?I come to subway for my lunch because it's cheap, but it's not when my sandwich is half the size it usually is. As I walked in, I was welcomed by Ty. Made me feel right at home as my sandwich technician and a dang awesome one at that. Told... me about the sandwich of the day and it happened to be exactly what I was craving. I was feeling bacon and asked for it rightbefore he offered it (great minds think alike!). Ordered a Black Forest ham sandwich online. When I picked it up from the store it was a totally different sandwich from what I... ordered. I?m assuming it was a glitch in their computer rather than on the employees. I came back to get the correct sandwichand the employee remade my sandwich without hesitation. All the employees are very nice and understanding. Probably won?t orderonline anymore but will definitely keep coming back in store. Read more
