The drinks are usually good. But the experience is why they get 1 star. The manager is nice but the staff is pretty rude a lot... of the time and forget drinks then give you attitude like it?s your fault they didn?t make it. I pre ordered my drink andarrived a little early so I didn?t mind waiting. But my pick up time came and went. About 15 min after I saw a couple of otherpeople waiting and asked if they were waiting for their mobile orders and they were. Theirs was late by 18 min. I asked aboutthe mobile orders since people were coming in and getting their orders that were just placed and ours weren?t even started. Theperson behind the counter said (with attitude) ?I?m going to start them soon.? Fine I waited. Another few minutes and see mydrink. So I ask if it was for me and a different worker said ?yea I?ll give it to you in a minute? and walked away. I?m annoyedand about to be late for work at this point and had to leave. Finally got my drink while the others were still waiting on theirmobile orders that were placed before mine. I have multiple other coworkers that have had consistently negative experienceswith the staff at this location. They even forgot ones drink today and when they were asked about it, a staff member, in a rudetone, asked if she even paid for it. Not just in an inquisitive way to find out what happened to the order. But very accusatoryas if she didn?t even order the drink. Over all I suggest a different location if you want to be treated at least a little bitok since this is a regular occurrence. Read more

When I asked Starbucks employee to please not touch lid with employees dirty hands that handle cash and credit cards, employee... said "oh,everyone gets sick ,dont worry". Not exactly great service and easy to say for a lazy employee. Not interested puttingmy mouth on same filthy places her hands have been. Read more

They don't redeem ????. The place charges .50 for water. They never have dark roast after 3 and the person in charge seems more... occupied counting money and looking busy rather than assisting his employees with the massive lines they always have! (That isif hes not chewing out his staff under his breath in front of customers at that) It's a total joke! Banking off of the officebuilding they are in with extremely poor customer service is a total defacement of the Starbucks brand. Never going back. Read more

Some nice people who work here but understaffed during mornings. Near impossible to get coffee and have had nearly half my... normal Menu drinks come out 90% milk 10% coffee. Overall, nice people, but bad staffing and inconsistent drinks. Read more

I would give it more stars but Genevieve prevents that. She is seriously one of the rudest people. Anytime I'm waiting in line,... and shes the cashier, I want to leave. I really hope that changes.. the others are super sweet, especially the manager. I justhate when i want to get coffee before I start work, or on my break, my experience in this store is based off of if shes working.I kill her with kindness, but its unfortunate I don't get the same respect. I?ve only written a review on the internet once before so I?m disappointed to be writing a negative review about a company I... love. I am an employee at State Farm and while it is such a great convenience to have a Starbucks in our building, I have beento this location many times in hopes that I will finally have a good experience with my drink made right, but that is never thecase. I have not ONE time had my drink made right at this location! As a former employee of Starbucks, I sympathize with theemployees if they are busy etc. but my orders are not crazy difficult at all and every time I go to the register I triple checkmy order and while they look at me like I?m crazy for repeating it so many times it obviously doesn?t help. Either the cashierwrites the abbreviations 100% wrong or the barista doesn?t read the cup properly and makes it wrong and I can never win. Everytime I get my drink it is absolutely NOT what I ordered! It is so frustrating that this is a pattern for me here. When I work atState Farm besides my lunch (which I eat at the furthest building) we only have 15min breaks and I don?t have time to have themremake it and I don?t want to waste the caffeine just to walk back later to have them remake it hours later. I don?t know ifthey are understaffed or the employees are all new, but it should not be that difficult to make a coffee beverage when that isthe goal of your job, to serve personalized coffee... As mentioned in other reviews, this is exclusively a licensed store & therefore you?re unable to use star rewards (and partner... discounts), but a friendly staff and beautiful cafe regardless. Some staff were a bit disoriented with the newer drinks (Iordered a Citrus Defender and instead received a Honey Citrus Mint/Coldbuster/Medicine Ball) but I digress. Friendly Staff. Open to EVERYONE, despite being in a State Farm building. Because of the work environment, there are some very... busy times (around 8 -9am, 12pm) but the line moves fairly quickly. They do well at keeping most food products on their shelvesall day. I feel every Starbucks overcharges a bit, but that is a company wide complaint, not specific to this store. Employeeshere will gladly fix mistakes in any drink orders - if you have the time to wait. Only "bummer" is not being able to use some ofthe Starbucks services (like redeeming free beverages) because they aren't a corporate store. You can use gift cards though. Iwould recommend this Starbucks to anyone in the area who's in need of some delicious (but pricey) beverages ? especially if youare taking a stroll by the beautiful lake or the AMAZING Marina Heights campus. P.S. if you are here for the first time, checkout the two restaurants on campus as well. You won?t regret it! Read more
