Don?t go to the Starbucks. The service was rude. The barista was not helpful. My sandwich was cold inside.
Waited 20 minutes and never received my mobile order. Barista wouldn?t help me either.
Note that the inside of this location is still closed. You can go in and order but all chairs and tables were removed.
Posted hours are like 5am to 8pm. Frequently not open by 530 and closed by 730. Also the 'dining room' (no tables no chairs)... is frequently closed for the day. If you want a drink or snack here be at least 45min late after open or 45min early beforeclosing. And have a car. 2 stars is for consistency in quality of drinks and snacks - (when you can get them). Worst service at a Starbucks i?ve ever received. I go to this Starbucks nearly every day, and have never experienced such rude... service in my life. A blonde woman with tattoos taking drive thru orders at 10:40 this morning was absolutely rude our entireinteraction. when my bf was ordering for me He asked a simple question about pumpkin cold foam (he?s not experienced orderingthere) she snapped at him saying it?s only seasonal as if to say ?duh..? so we got the vanilla no problem. we finished orderingand she said ?kay, pull to the front? with a tone as if she was rushing us. (keep in mind, there was only 3 other ppl in line).we got to the window, she put her hand out waiting for payment, saying no words, we used apple pay, she gave us our food, turnedaround, kept the sliding window open and kept her back towards us til our drinks were ready and shut the door. most people go toget coffee to start their morning off right and today just wasn?t that for me. This location has been under renovation for at least 5 months now. No sit-in options available. If Starbucks isn't interested... in having customers sit inside and enjoy their coffee, then they need to own up to it and state it on the door. Read more
Placed an order on the Starbucks app for pick up on 1/30/22. After walking across the street from our hotel, we then noticed... that this location was drive-thru only. I called the store to ask for our order while we were outside, not knowing that weaccidentally chose the wrong store which was actually down the street! Javier came outside to tell us that they didn?t have ourorder, and to double check the order location on the mobile app. Once we checked, we realized our silly mistake! Kindly &graciously, Javier offered to make our exact order and it totally made our day!
