I went in today just to get some drinks & the service was not that great honestly. The cashier named Alison had a bit of an... attitude when I was ordering & when I asked for light ice it looked like it was an inconvenience for her to do so. Then I wantedto buy one of the resusable cups when I asked for a bag she just put it on the counter couldn?t even put the cup inside of thebag? was gonna ask for straws but didn?t want to bother? not very good service at all. The slowest Starbucks ever, while one associate was doing nothing leaving one employee to make all the drink, there was no line.... He didn?t even think to help her. Our drinks were also try . Tasted like pour coconut milk . Highly recommend not to use thisStarbucks. Read more
Go somewhere else. No fresh brew Dark Roast, even though its only 10 am (Friday). **Their bathrooms are also closed to... customers.**. No bathrooms? Just do drive-thru! So I go to this Starbucks almost daily and the staff is always friendly. This particular time, they got my order wrong, and when... I called in, they said I could either get a refund or they would remake the drinks. This means that I would have to go back tothe store, which I had no time to do. The part that was shocking was that there was no compensation. They didn't upgrade thedrink or offer to compensate my order for the inconvenience. This was a very disappointing experience. Read more
