Staff is always friendly here. Pluss they always have my favorite drink!
I went in today just to get some drinks & the service was not that great honestly. The cashier named Alison had a bit of an... attitude when I was ordering & when I asked for light ice it looked like it was an inconvenience for her to do so. Then I wantedto buy one of the resusable cups when I asked for a bag she just put it on the counter couldn?t even put the cup inside of thebag? was gonna ask for straws but didn?t want to bother? not very good service at all. So I go to this Starbucks almost daily and the staff is always friendly. This particular time, they got my order wrong, and when... I called in, they said I could either get a refund or they would remake the drinks. This means that I would have to go back tothe store, which I had no time to do. The part that was shocking was that there was no compensation. They didn't upgrade thedrink or offer to compensate my order for the inconvenience. This was a very disappointing experience. Read more
