Maybe they don?t make their foods at certain times or I?m incorrect, but I?m told there was no food when I got here. Needless to... say, about 30-60 mins pass and more people come in, and what do they order? Food! Do they get the food? Yep! So either I?mincorrect or I was lied too because it?s inconvenient for me to be hungry in the morning. The person that told me this was inall black, no barista apron. I mostly like it , but sometimes my drinks aren't as refreshing because trainees do it and it doesn't taste the same. Also... because it is located in a library it is in demand and the waiting lines are endless everytime I go. That's the reason I have3/5 stars. Read more

These folks went out of the way to take care of us. We had our campus Bible talk (Thursday nights at 8 p.m.) We bought some... loaves and some muffins and they warmed them and cut them up for us and had a great attitude about it. I really appreciate thepositive attitude of the people that work at this Starbucks, and I think it's ridiculous that they don't get tips! Theycertainly deserve them! Read more
It's been my experience the baristas here are always rude. The drinks are always seem tasteless compared to other stores. This... location constantly has inventory issues where nothing is ever in stock. Which is funny because they charge more than otherStarbucks too. Which is not surprising with its limited hours of operation and this is only an estimate but this location isopen 1/3 of the time compared to average corparet stores. *A NOTE TO SUNDEVILS* If the only reason you come to this location isto spend your Gold&Maroon dollars, tell Aramark to keep those M&G and instead discount your meal plan because nothing in life isfree unless it's being used to distract you from the fact they are greedy and are ripping you off every chance they get. Constantly getting harassed here by the staff, I watched back as they were grouping together and watching me because I order... espresso shots as I do at any other Starbucks without any problems. This is the ONLY one that actually had a wirey haired redhead girl with glasses walk out of behind the bar and Approach me to bark at me in the most condescending and annoying way thatadding a splash of cream to my drink was "not allowed" and that I would be charged extra next time. The most uncomfortablesituation I've ever Experienced on campus! Management was staring daggers at me the entire time as well. To say I feltthreatened and profiled is an understatement. Will report this incident to the director of dining service just to be sure thistype of inappropriate behavior doesn't happen to any other individuals of my ethnicity or appearance..... it's 2018 and this isunacceptable. Great and very friendly staff, however they unfortunately they don't offer any sort of decaf options.
