Terrible customer service! I ordered 2 coffees and the male clerk charged me for 3. When I called him out on it, his solution... was to give me a third coffee. I wanted a refund and he was so inconvenienced by this. He walked away leaving it up to others tofix. Never once did he apologizes for his doing. I get my coffee elsewhere before shopping. Read more

Whenever I am in this Frys, I stop at this starbucks as a little treat for actually going grocery shopping. The staff is always... friendly. They take the time to chat with you if they aren't busy. They always seem to be stocked up on everything they have onthe menu. Since this is an in store starbucks, they don't have the full menu range of a free standing one.
