waited for 5 minutes as two Barisitas talked amongst themselves at the Starbucks inside safeway. I didn't want to be that... customer that got all rude while I waited for the two girls to acknowledge me and ask If I had been helped. Another lady walkedup and the two girls stopped talking and asked it they could help her. I stared in disbelief for about a minute and then walkedoff to go to the drive thru starbucks around the corner on Rural and gave a nice tip and then went home. Safeway Starbucks hadBad customer and the Safeway on Rural around the corner had the best customer service ever and got a good tip from me. Read more

I like how this Starbucks is located conveniently within the Safeway store. This way, you can get your caffeine fix while... getting your groceries. ;) The service has been pretty fast each time I've come. They also have a cozy seating area with about5-6 mini tables for 3-4 people each. You can sit there to enjoy the coffee and snacks, or if you bough something from Safewayyou can also sit there to eat up. Just keep in mind, if there's a new fancy drink item at Starbucks, this location might be outof stock and not have it. It is a smaller Starbucks than the regular standalone chain stores. Read more
One of the worst customer service. A white elderly lady is just as rude as any one can be. My kid went to ask for a cup of water... and she refused to givr one and pointed to a dirty water fountain at the corner. When he asked again so that he can have ice, hewas rudely told that hr needs to pay 20c....no other Starbucks have ever refused water or a cup, and this lady not only refused,but wanted to charge 20c. Who knows...paper napkins woukd be charger going forward as well or maybe she was just rude to achild. Avoid this starbucks. Read more
White short elderly lady was just rude. My sisters have never got the vanilla iced coffee so they did not expect it to be more... like a plain coffee. So my sisters decided to ask her if she can just add more cream or vanilla syrup to make it sweeter and shejust replied ?it comes with 3 creams, How much more do you want? in such a rude manner. So then she goes on to make it ?sweeter?and starts whispering to the other Starbucks employee and staring at my sisters. If we are paying for our Drinks and it is notat our satisfaction i don?t see a problem in adding more cream or sugar. We are paying for the drinks they are not given to usfor free therefore we should walk a way with a well done drink and our money well spent. Nobody wants to waste money on a drinkthat is not good.
