I like going here; however, this Starbucks will randomly close for some reason. It has happened multiple times since I've been a... customer here. It seems like they have some management issues. One morning I waited in the drive thru for a few minutes only torealize they were totally closed. There was no sign or anything posted that communicated that they were randomly closed. Kinda abummer. They have been randomly closed the last couple days as well, hopefully they can open again soon. Read more

Really nice batistas buuuut drinks & for were horrible. Ordered 2 basic menu drinks, were made correctly but milk was super... burnt like 200° hot which #1 is an issue for walk up customers on motorcycles #2 bc of the loose burnt foam left drinks (tall)about an inch & a half under full....which in this case was actually kinda ok bc it needed that much cold milk added to bedrinkable. Which wasnt really a big beal but i will note no offer to remake either....then they realized they forgot to make oursandwich. Which was also not a huge deal until we hot it & it was completely cold in the middle. Probably will not be hittingthat location again, definitely not up to cooperate standards. Read more

When going to pay for my drinks, I told the cashier multiple times to please use my stars for my purchase. When I got my... receipt, I noticed they did not use my stars. So they took my receipt back, voided my transaction and I paid for my drinks withmy stars. The next day (today) I went to look at my transactions on my account and noticed they did charge me for $7.51 andthere?s a pending transaction for the $16.81. I?ve tried calling the store over and over again and no answer. I?ve gone to thestore and said theirs nothing they can do about it. I?m in town for business and have to cancel my card because they ?can?t doanything about it!? Read more

This store is super inconsistent with drinks and customer service. Some days it's really nice people who make orders properly... and other days it's the opposite. I always order the same cold brew drink but certain days like today the coffee tastes old andbitter. Im not gonna bring it up there because I've had old workers be really rude about it (ive had a student ask me to peelthe wet tag off of the drink so he can put it on the new one and still messed the order up) I see a really high turn over forthis stores workers. I wonder why they can't find consistency like other starbucks. Read more

extremely rude female who didnt even have the courtesy to mention the timing when im repeatedly asking she is looking the other... way. noone is asking you for a drink after you are closed you should have the courtesy to say the timing when a customer isasking. will never visit this store again especially if this female is closing. The kids that work here get my order wrong 80% of the time. It's super annoying. Aren't you all supposed to be super intelligent... ASU students? But yet fail to give out the right sandwich or drink order? No clarifying questions to help dictate a correctorder??? They definitely NEVER provide napkins for food items. I don't know why I tip either. That almost ensures a wrong order.Still I will keep coming here bc it's in my neighborhood. But I can complain on Google at least LOL bc I doubt the kids thatwork here will care. Read more

Great little stop in a parking lot to grab an espresso while in a ride on a beautiful day here in Tempe. The staff was friendly... even with my particular order I just needed an extra cup and sugars and all. Always a place to stop for a quick pick me up. Read more
