I have visited this location before and had standard Starbucks visits. So, no complaints so far. However my last experience was... not a good one. I went inside to order because the drive through line was long. There was no one in line, and I ordered a grandepeppermint mocha with soy and no whip & a croissant. I wanted to use my stars for the croissant. The cashier said my starscovered everything and I owed nothing. I waited for over 15 minutes and watched 4 people who ordered after me get their orderswith multiple drinks first. Then, I got mine & it was just warm not hot like it had been sitting, but I was in a rush so I tookit. When I get to the car, I see there?s whip on it. I take it back in and just ask for a spoon to scoop it off since I can?twait 15 mins again for them to remake it, and when I do, I realize more than half the grande cup is whip. There?s not evenenough coffee in the cup for a tall. I asked the barista if this was normal and she says no, but since I don?t want to wait 15minutes again for them to remake it, I can get a refund. I told her I used my stars & she essentially says I?m all out of luckthen since only calling corporate can fix that. So, I left with nothing. It wasn?t until I went to a different location laterthat I realized she didn?t just use my stars. She also charged my card. So, I paid for my order, used all of my stars on theorder, and walked out with nothing but ?call corporate? to fix it. I later called and spoke to the supervisor who told me theycould offer me 1 free drink if I came back that day. Unfortunately, I couldn?t make it in same day as I stopped in on my way outof town. I wish it would have been handled better in the moment. The barista acted as if I was wasting her time by asking forhelp. So, I won?t be returning. Read more

Most excellent Starbucks I have ever visited. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. Feel like I'm family when I go.

It is 9:19 PM and I was in the drive-through was told that they're closed through the drive-through speaker because of staffing.... On your website it says you guys close at 9:30 so you should close at 9 30pm. Not 0919pm Read more

This is a fairly new Starbucks and it has lots of space and places to sit, which lately is very uncharachteristic of Starbucks.... The food and drinks are Starbucks so not much to say about that. But love the open space! Let's have more restaurants like thisone Starbucks, please! Read more

These places are terrible at placing orders and are always out of all the bacon sandwiches within a few hours. By 9am your left... with just the impossible sandwich because no one likes them Read more

The chairs moving on the floor make so much noise it is impossible to have a conversation. The noise ruins the Starbucks... experience. Very annoying and loud chairs on floors. Get some sort of pads on the chair feet to mute the noise please!!!! Read more

They have the nicest batista at this location. Must be in the training, management or they luck out and get the most... authentically friendly people. I typically turn in just because the service is Awesome! Read more

Never will eat here again there was a giant bug in my food. Which means their food handling practices are not sanitary or safe... (HEALTH HAZARD). Couldn't turn back around because my coworker and I just stopped there on our break. But honestly would I wantto get anything else after this? I think not Read more
