Normally a good Starbucks, but this is the third time where I've pulled into the drive thru with hardly any cars only to sit... there for ten extra minutes while an employee had an extensive conversation with another customer after they had alreadyreceived their order. First thing in the morning is rush hour and any delays doubly impact the long, terrible drive on the 10.If you want to talk to someone, do it inside and not the drive thru. Read more

They can't even get a simple drink order right. Ordered a 1 pump hot mocha with no whip got to my office and started drinking... this disgusting drink that cost $6 and what was it? Venti white mocha with 5 pumps of cancer causing artificial chemical syrup.Nice done, how about you wash your ears next time you take a shower? Read more

There is a strange attitude problem at this location. I ordered a shaken espresso and oatmeal. They didn?t have ice, which is... fine, but the individual taking our order was so weird about it. He acted like we were the problem for ordering drinks thatrequire ice. Then, I ordered oatmeal with blueberries and cinnamon which threw the person taking the order through a loop of notunderstanding. I go to the location on Rural and Baseline and get this very item, no problem. But at this location, it was likespeaking a foreign language. They said they would add cinnamon and instead, gave me a pack of brown cane sugar and nuts. Nocinnamon, no blueberries. When you pay 5-6 bucks for a cup of food, and it?s this difficult, it?s hard to see the value inStarbucks anymore. Too expensive. Bad customer service. Read more

When this store first opened it was great. Now it sucks. Coffee is just coffee, but if I'm paying $6 for a cup of coffee I want... it the correct way. 3x I have ordered the Salted Caramel Cold Brew, and all three times it's been made incorrectly. Not comingback to this location, and advise all customer if your drink isn't made correctly have them fix it. Read more

Manager has to fix employees mistakes, which wastes everyone?s time. Pretty sad when employees laugh after they?ve made the... wrong drink. Are companies that desperate that they hire workers that don?t have any ethics or pride of where they work. If youwant great service keep driving to another spot! Read more

I?ve been coming to this Starbucks since the day they opened it, it?s conveniently down the street from where I live and just... like any other Starbucks they have fast service. 10/10 would recommend this one to anybody. Read more
