Served us quickly n very friendly
I was a walk in today and literally watched 7 employees fail to timely serve a manageable amount of customers. I was in Sat Nov... 12th, 9am, ordered an Americano, and walked out 10 minutes laterwithout getting what I paid for. I tried calling but the phonewas busy...probably the employee I observed out front sitting on the phone. Hard to justify these $4 coffees. Read more
If I could give it a zero I would. I have gone to this location twice. The first time, they completely ignored my requests for... my customized drink. As a compensation, the store manager honored me, my next TWO future drinks!! Unfortunately, the staff begsto differ and disagrees with their management and treated me with passive aggressiveness in particular MANDY the drive thruwomen. I was very mellow and she was questioning my integrity for the free-honored drinks, then proceeded to say that it MIGHTonly cover one, when I reiterate her, her managers instructions she proceeds to roll her eyes and hand me the drinks with anasty attitude. She sarcastically hurried us out of the drive thru. I was lost for words and we drove off in disbelief.Starbucks is the new Dunkin, never know if it?s a good coffee day or a bad coffee day. Read more
General directions when going through the drive through are generally ignored. Ask for a coffee without a plastic 'stopper' in... the lid and they will hand your coffee with the stopper stuck in the lid 9 times out of 10. This must be a result of trainingand/or being distracted at their job. Read more
The male at the drive thru was rude! He handed me drinks that were dripping with spilled coffee. Took his time, I asked for... straws twice. When he finally grabbed them he took more time finishing an order before handing the straws to me. Obviously onpurpose. ??????????? I?ll stick to the starbucks on McClintock and Southern. Usually my orders are incorrect at this location. Only came here for convenience. I rather just go to The Fix where they get... your order correct. Not the correct latte, based on what I ordered. Read more
The cashier was friendly and nice. Would have given a 5 star but because of the guy taking out the trash made a mess right by... the table, because he decided to leave it right by it. I'm sitting at which has now brought flies and birds. This is my firsttime here and my last. Very unprofessional. Might I suggest a trash cart to take all the trash out at once or at least clean upafter the mess. Read more
