I am a big fan of starbucks coffee. However, recently i ordered a 96 oz coffee traveler in my app and picked up at Monday 12 PM.... The box seemded little bit light in terms of a 96 oz coffee box. When i served the coffee to my guest, it was not even for 4people. I am not sure what happend actually but definetly i will avoid this specific store next time. You guys need to be reallycareful in your job. Dont ruin starbucks fame. Read more

Staff is mostly ASU students which are very friendly. Some of the menu items are pricey given the portion size. For example a... tiny bottle of orange juice is $4!! Often times the background music is odd. Wi-Fi signal is strong and can even be accessedin the parking lot. Not every tabletop has access to electrical plugins for your phone, tablet or laptop so make sure thatthose are fully charged in the event that all of those seats are occupied. There is one section with electrical plugins that donot work and when I asked the manager about it, he said yeah they don't work with no mention it was going to be fixed. I'vebeen going there for a few months and it still doesn't work! The place is very clean and well maintained but the bathrooms arelocked and you have to ask to use them which makes me feel like I'm in kindergarten again! Read more

Ordinarily I'm accustomed to Starbucks being in stores or simple small ones w/ a drive thru. This location from the outside... looks a bit bigger than average and had very beautiful, clean outdoor seating. I can't speak on the service or food as it wasonly a pick up point for me. But thought I'd share if you're looking for a nice shady spot to read or work or even just hangout. Read more

I?ve never been treated so roughly before by Starbucks staff. Usually they are friendly and nice to have a conversation with.... Aida was very rough with me and loudly questioning me in a passive aggressive upbeat tone about my service animal. I?m notsaying it?s wrong to ask, but could it not be done in a discreet manner so everyone in the lobby doesn?t have to know? Aida wasso concerned with questioning me they put my name on my drink as Gabrielle and my name is Jennifer. Wow. I especially feltuncomfortable with all of the questioning I received after a little bit later because I saw someone drag a trash bag full ofbelongings in, not purchase anything, take a nap on the table, and make a peanut butter sandwich afterwards. Staff had noquestions for that person. Aida especially, but probably other staff as well because they did not step in, could use serioussensitivity training and an attitude check. Read more

Don?t bother going in the afternoon constantly mess up orders. Zoe was at the window, incredibly condescending and rude when... they had to correct my order TWICE. It?s already incredibly frustrating that I have to wait and have them correct it twice thento get a condescending attitude. She lied to my face about how the drink was made even though I saw the guy make it the secondtime and I told her I could see him since she lied to me. Not to mention when I ordered coconut milk once and they gave meregular milk?. A whole separate occasion btw. I keep trying to give this place a chance because I know we all make mistakes andat least they were nice about it previously and just corrected it. But the girl Zoe really sealed the deal. Lied straight to myface and was incredibly condescending. There?s no need for that. Read more

I've always had a good experience here, personally. Whoever the store manager is is great. There is a solid group of... homeless/transient people who hangout at this location and the manager is always very respectful of them. As long as they arebeing respectful of the space and people in the store, there usually isn't a problem. But when there are 'problems' the manageralways speaks to them respectfully and tries to rectify the situation. Read more

I went to Starbucks for the first time. I ordered a cold brew, it was very strong so I was adding sugar to it, but the staff... here is very helpful they asked me if I am having any problem with the taste so they suggest me that they can add creamer toit. After that I really enjoyed that coffee. Thanks to the staff here they take care that every customer likes coffee as pertheir taste. Read more

Great location. Fast drive through if ur skilled enough to avoid the dumpsters. Friendly staff. Nice seating with a big shared... table, side bar and outdoor seating. Outlets throughout but none outside. Pretty busy with about enough seating for 20 peopleinside. Read more
