Super disappointed. I love this place and eat here frequently. They sent me a $5 off coupon so I went in for lunch. The cashier... would not honor it because the total was below $15.. the email they sent didn't say anything about $15 which I told him. He said"well I can't honor it". Good food, careful with the coupons as they lure you in without giving all the details. Will beswitching locations in the future. Read more
Good food but with so many other options, wouldn?t come back here after interacting with staff. Truly horrific attitude, it?s... like I could feel them cursing my family for breathing in their store. Also purposely(?) was ridiculously slow and messed uporder multiple times when taking order, and of course still missed an item we paid for. Read more
So this is what qualifies as a $12 burger now! I used to like smash bugar but now it socks because they want to charge you twice... as much for half of what you normally got in restaurant. I'm so disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place. Read more
Just went to the smash burger at Tempe Marketplace. Buns dry, burgers dry. We walked in and all the workers were standing in a... group up front talking with the movie theater kids. No one at either register. When we ordered two singles and one double, wegot only one single and the double. I went to tell the young lady who charged us and she reran the entire order and was tryingto make me pay for the full order again! I paid for three burgers and got two. Her idea of fixing it was to charge me for thefull order again! We walked out without the third burger. Would have been dry anyway. Read more
This is a pretty nice burger place if you are looking to get lunch or dinner. I haven't been to Smashburger in a long time so I... was looking forward to stopping by. The service was great. The guy behind the counter was friendly and polite. We ordered thedouble Smashburger as well as the double with brisket. Smashburger cooks their burgers flat which gives them a bit of a crispyfeel. It's a really good burger. The brisket burger was huge. I ordered the double with brisket and it was a battle to finishbut it was great. The brisket and burger combo goes together well and the sauce was delicious. Overall we really enjoyed it herefor both the service and food. We'll definitely be back in the future. Read more
Friendly staff, clean restaurant and a delicious burger and fries. Takeout burgers are always photo disasters but Smashburger is... consistently one of the best burgers I've ever bought. Those Smash fries are great, too. Read more
Worse than the average Snashburger. Many locations are nicer. Staff was friendly, and the food was OK, but the temperature was... miserable. We were drenched even before our burgers came. Just not a comfortable way to dine. Whatever the temperature is setto, it is eight or ten degrees to high for comfort, especially when eating. Turn the temperature down, and wipe the tables a bitbetter, as ours was a tad sticky, and thus would be a good place for a burger before, or after a movie. As it is go to placewhere the A/C is set to make humans comfortable, and not to try and melt them. Read more
$16 for a meal but quality of meat is like a 75 lean. Not worth my money. It?s super greasy.
