The pizza was great as usual. I gave service 3 stars because I waited 45 minutes for our food after paying for it and was told... that they had forgotten about the order. I ended up being late for the Movie as a direct result. I will still eat here. Justgotta make sure they actually place your order when you pay for your order. Read more

This place is terrible. We came in and ordered spaghetti and meatballs. The employees don't know the meal comes with an extra... meatball or salad. They ran out of meatballs. It took about 20 minutes to get an extra. The employees were very as well. I'mnot willing to come back again. They need to get their act together. Very disappointed with my experience. Read more
Great food court pizza, it has good combination of a thin pizza with a thick crust and a tasty sauce , I especially liked their... cheese pizza so anytime you are down at Arizona Mills and need a quick delicious bite you should stop at Sbarro. Read more
We had a hankering for pizza ???? and found Sbarro in the Tempe Mall. The staff we very friendly and helpful. The Stromboli and... Supreme pizza were "eye-rolling" good. It tasted like the Stromboli had a pretzel crust -yum. And who could resist ice coldfountain Pepsi? Very much enjoyed watching the indoor Carousel ????. We will be back. Read more
Pizza was frozen, asked multiple times to please warm it up and gave it back to me cold. Very bad customer service, workers were... very aggressive and disrespectful. Definitely DO NOT recommend this place. Read more
