Before and after. I am stuffed, prices are great for the portion, its delicious, I will always come. Staff are friendly and... diligent. Don't come on a Friday night unless you wanna deal with a packed house and slow service because of the rush but theline out the door should be every indication of how amazing this place is. My father is a chef and very picky about where heeats. If he doesn't like it he will tell the cook, if he does he will tell the cook, and he will come back. Its honestly kindaannoying lol but I have to be super picky of places I introduce to him... That being said, I introduced him to this place andhe loved it just like I expected him to. Literally the best place ever!! The music was every kpop fan's dream. The food had very big portions and was very fresh (hot).... The boba milk tea was addicting and the whole experience was great. Staff were nice and there was no issue whatsoever. Read more
I had the tonkatsu with pork and a Kirin. My friend had the spicy Republic with pork and a Kirin. Total was just over $30 with... tax and tip for both of us. Portions are large and the flavor was great. Bowls came out quickly on a Friday after 8 p.m. Thetables were not sticky like some Asian restaurants can be. I didn't get an MSG headache afterwards. They have vegetarian ramen, which I was very excited to try with the original toppings. The portion sizes are huge. The ramen... could have been seasoned better (it was a little salty), but besides that, it was delicious. Also love that there was plenty ofparking out front. Read more
Good ramen where they don't skimp on the protein. I got the Chili Pepper ramen which is an amazing shoyu broth base infused with... thai chili, bell pepper, and roasted garlic that gives it a robust flavor and a nice yet manageable kick. We decided to dine here before attending the ASU game. It was definitely worthy of a dinner out with my wife. I enjoyed the... republic Ramen with pork, and the additions. I also enjoyed an Orion with my meal. The broth was perfectly balanced withflavor and just enough heat. It was plenty of food and I almost finished the entire bowl.
