Got seated as soon as we arrived on a busy Saturday evening with other people ahead of us. Our drink order was taken with a... minute of us sitting down and brought out within 2 minutes our appetizer order was taken right after and the appetizers came outwithin 3min. No down time between ordering drinks and appetizers and our dinner arriving the entirety of the food was hot andfresh. Definitely recommend this location. We haven?t even got our food yet and this I already my favorite location I?ve ever been too!!!! Great customer service from... every single one of the workers?.they are attentive to everyone around them even if they aren?t the customers server. All ofthem are ontop of refills and making the customers happy(we weren?t even done with our first drink and they brought all of usrefills). They are all very friendly and happy?it feels like a personal connection is made with every customer from everyworker. There was not a single thing I could say negative about my recent visit to Red Robin's Gourmet Burgers at Tempe marketplace. The... staff was very friendly the moment I walked in. Our waitress was very courteous and friendly. I ordered a Red Robin Zombie thatwas featured on their menu. It was made perfectly. And I haven't even mentioned the burgers we ordered. I decided to try aBurnin' Love Burger. Not the kind of burger for someone who doesn't like spice in their life you're better off getting adelicious Bacon Guacamole Cheeseburger, and remember you always get bottomless fries! We went on a Saturday around 6pm. We sat outside and the weather was perfect. As we walked through the restaurant to the patio... the inside carpet was horrible. Looks like they had not vacuumed in days. I wouldn't have eaten inside, disgusting!! Our waiterRob was excellent! Great customer service! J got a Modello and he said it was nice and cold. I had water because all the mixedcocktails always taste like juice. I ordered the red robin royal burger. It had bacon and a fried egg on it, It was delicoius!The fries they put on the plate made me frown so I immediately asked for fresh fries, they came right out. J ordered thesmokehouse brisket. The fries are so good, you just can?t stop eating! The service is very nice, our guy keeps asking us what else do we need and he... will be there for us, cute and friendly and warm. Had a BFF date and had a guacamole bacon burger and added fried egg. Those onions are EVERYTHING!! The drinks were good just... have to give the blue one a good stir because of the layers.
