Customer service is great, but the food isn't as good as it used to be. It appears that the food is being cooked TOO long and/or... the grease isn't being changed often enough. Please make things better, like they used to be; the food used to be amazing atthis location and is at all the other locations, so it's possible for y'all to make things right. Read more

I went to order food there about an hour ago and I've always had good service until tonight. I was being generous with the one... star that I gave they were very rude and unprofessional. I get that they were under staffed something they should have mentionedbefore I start placing my order so I didn't even get to place my whole order. I left because I kept getting cut off and wasn'ttold until after I placed half my order that they couldn't do any big orders. Whoever manages the Pete's on Rural and Apache youjust lost a loyal customer because I will not be going back and you lost out on a good amount of money tonight so thank yourstaff for that.???????????? First time trying it but was amazed on the quality and service that came out of this shack. Before going though it's cash... only!!! So take cash out they have an ATM on site that's the bummer about it. Shrimp was amazing along with the battered fish.They got a special sauce that is good with everything. Got a corn dog and chicken strips besides the seafood part of it. Bothof those were amazing too! They got other things to got kids if they don't want seafood such as the mentioned corn dog andhamburgers. I will be visiting this location again if not this one the other ones. Read more
First time here and Mary the Cook is totally Awesome, very kind and inviting, she help us when others past by the window,... She... asked if everything was good with our order. Burger was decent. Beef patties could've used some more seasoning. I ordered my burger no onions but it still had onions in em.... The burrito was ok. The fries were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Read more
Awesome like usual! I stopped by here a couple times a year when I'm in town from Oregon. I love the chicken strips. they're... specialty is fish and chips and I've heard a lot of people say it's the best around. Just keep in mind when you come that theydon't take credit or checks. They only take cash. But they have a convenient ATM right by the counter and it's worth it. I lookforward to coming back again next trip. Read more
This place used to be ok. Now the food is hard and old the fries are soggy. Seems like they have trouble with the fryers. I just... got my food and threw it away. It was that bad. I am pretty tolerant to eating whatever, but that was so bad which led me tothis review. Wasted my money. Breaks my heart to say it, but THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE NOW.
