We love Pei Wei?s food but the service at this location has dropped off a cliff. We always pick up our orders and the last... number of times we?ve ordered there is never anybody working the takeout counter so you just pick up your food from the cubbies.There is always something missing or wrong and sometimes multiple items missing. You can call the store but the phone just ringsand rings so you?re left to try to correct the issue through the mobile app, I guess it?s just the sad state of things thatcustomer service is no longer a concern by these establishments Read more
I have ordered from here 5 or 6 times in the last 6 months. Really tried to give them the benefit of doubt. Either in person, or... on Doordash. They don't get orders correct or cancel orders and leave you hanging. Will never order from here again and hopeothers avoid having a horrible experience. I had the lettuce wraps, they were really good.. I forgot to take a picture! I love the sauce also!! The store was clean but... also because of the covid19 no one was in there. I was hesitant in leaving this review since Pei Wei in general is a decent restaurant chain and generally does well with... service. But after reading the reviews, I was glad to see I am not alone. I can attest to all the bad reviews. Especially thebird poop! Super nasty. I just wonder why the reviews don't have photos, cause this really needs to be seen. Also. This. Place.Is dirty af. I don't know what it is about this location, but it is always dirty and super inconsistent with its food freshness,quality, and taste. It's a miss. I read a review where they mentioned they would start going to the Ray location instead of thisone. My thoughts exactly. I really thought I was alone on this and was being too much of a critic, but again, glad I am notalone on this. The place is dirty. The food is inconsistent. A month ago I remember they ran out of food at 7pm! It was crazy.Honestly, it was a bit apocalyptic to where I went home thinking about how I really need to have an emergency food storage plan.For real. But. How does a mega restaurant chain run out of food at 7pm? There was no silverware that night also. It was cray. Ireally think this Pei Wei only profits because of its location, not its service. When given the option to add packets of soy sauce, chili sauce, and sweet chili sauce to an online order, but then not find any... in the bag is disappointing. When I'm then told that they cannot give out more than 1 packet each, it makes the whole idea ofcreating my order really moot. I'll bet I didn't even get the extra protein I requested in my entree, and this Pei Wei locationis just skimming off the top, charging me for items I did not receive. Read more
