I wish it was possible to give no star at all. I placed first order online and picked up. We ordered a bowl, the ingredients ... was wrong. Called and spoke to "manager" on duty. He was very rude and telling me he can't find my order. It was picked up 10minutes prior to me calling to report the error. When I finally after repeating my name and number 6 times asked for corporatenumber. He finds my order. He asked did I want him to send me a new one, it would take about an hour. I chose to get it on nextvisit. 2nd order. I called my order in to make sure my comp was in the system as the manager wasn't very reassuring. The youngman that answered the phone didn't find it at first.. I could hear him talking to the manager , who remembered my order. So Iwas excited. I even ordered a second one cause I had an extra person. Exact same thing on both of them. They can't mess it up,so I thought. Get my food and guess what, it was wrong. So the manager was like I can make them over but it's going to beanother 20 minutes. It was banana peppers,even though I wanted them baked in just give em to me on the side. Something told meto watch him. Glad I did cause he took his bare hands and grabbed my peppers out the plastic container.. When I said somethingthe manager was yelling at the kid, I've told you all week to use gloves. When I asked the manager what could he do for me, asthis is the 2nd time my order was wrong. He looked me in my face and said I don't have time for you lady.. Asked for Corpnumber,he gave me their number to technical support. I have yet to hear back from corporate after looking up and calling realnumber. So disappointing and sad it's the closest papa johns to us. Read more

The quality and amount of toppings were great! I felt bad for the workers though, a minor and driver running the store with no... management. They did a great job and were still friendly the whole time. Read more

Trash food. Gave me the completely wrong order and they employees are playing games saying the manager wasn?t there. I speak to... the manager and she swears at me and is completely combative. Disgusting service. Read more

Surprisingly good. The 2 guys there were friendly, accommodating & gave me a recommendation to try the NY style next. I ordered... by phone: Lg meatball & mushroom Alfredo sauce Added three cheese blend, cheese crust W/ side marinara for dipping. Leftoversheated in oven very well???? Worst customer service ever. Ordered pizza, paid for it including tip, waited for 2 hours, called and nobody answered during... those 2 hours. Next day, talked to manager who said your card will be refunded. Your order was Voided. Nobody called to say itwas voided and we waited till 2am, No Pizza. Never had that poor level of customer service. Papa Johns, if you are going toVOID an order, call the customer! Read more

I used to have to place an order switch the address to my home address I made sure of it because I work in one area and I live... in another they didn't switch it right and it got delivered to my work and I told them to cancel the order when they weredelivering it cuz they called me it wasn't canceled and I'm now going through so much trouble just to get my refund and that isabsolutely ridiculous. I ordered from Papa John's all the time I spend an average 40 to $80 every single time I order at leastevery other week and now I don't think I'll ever order from you guys again. If I could give this location a negative star, I would! The guy to answered the phone made the experience worst than the... situation. It is a very easy thing to do. But he is lazy and incompetent. It looks like he wants people to no longer buy pizzathere. My pizza never arrived and I am also out some $$$ for the gift card I used. The rest of of the payment, I can at leastcall my bank to cancel. Very bad customer service! I will change the review if he indeed follows through with what he said thathe will do: tell corporate to give me a code for my losses. Read more

Unacceptable, the price I was told on the phone was not the price I was asked to pay at the restaurant. They asked me for... about $5 more than what I was quoted. I showed them the carry out special promotion on my phone (on the official website too)but they refused to accommodate me by offering the pizza at the advertised price. Anyone with basic customer service skillswould make that easy accommodation especially a mega chain like Papa Johns. Times are tough, we're all hurting. I've been afairly regular customer and I know that normal phone orders go through a call center in India or Pakistan. To avoid thatabsurdity I normally press 5 to speak with someone in store to communicate what I want and to confirm any promotion. What'scomical about this situation is I tried to do that with this order but I was hung up on. The staff had the nerve to ask me "Didyou speak with us in store or through the call center?" As if the store doesn't have to follow through with the prices told tocustomers via in the call center. So I was left with an unpalatable situation; spend an extra $5 on a pizza or walk away emptyhanded. I chose the later. Shame on you guys for mishandling this one you have lost my business. Read more
