Panera Bread has set up a smart business system for a good profit generation. I would recommend the owners to train their white... American employees to be more welcoming toward minority groups. Even a manager at this location has sounded rude to me severaltimes. That is really disappointing. Read more
Would be cool to know that they canceled their own delivery service and are now going through Doordash(which takes much longer),... there's no info anywhere about this on their app and only found out about it after placing and tracking my order(haven't ordereddelivery from panera in quite a while but I'm sick) So what are all the extra fees/higher prices when going through the panerawebsite/app for??? Just go through Doordash and avoid the fees. Kinda seems like a scam, as if they weren't already overpriced.Pretty shady practices all around. Read more
Food was good but portions pretty small, I basically ended up eating a whole baguette with a small side of teriyaki chicken

The workers were absolutely horrible to my sister. If I could rate this place it would be a zero. Not only was the food horrible... but my sister got harassed by a customer and the employees working there only enabled them. They did nothing to stop thecustomer and laughed along when my sister got harassed. Horrible service, horrible food, horrible people. Read more
