I ordered the chow mein and teriyaki chicken. The chow mein seemed like it had less noodles in it than before. The teriyaki... chicken did not have hardly any teriyaki sauce on it. And it just didn?t taste right. I noticed also that they?re cutting backon their napkins. They are almost like a single ply of toilet paper now. I look forward to go to panda express in the past, butnow I will have to think twice about it. Read more

The app messed up and gave all fried rice instead of fried rice/super greens. They wouldn't fix it. Very sour and unhelpful... attitude. I will never come here again. Read more

I don?t know if I?ve ever reviewed a fast food place before, but it was so bad here I felt compelled to. This place is just... awful- the only Panda Express I?ve ever been to where I wasn?t satisfied. They were out of vegetables, brown rice, and teriyakichicken. After waiting for 10 mins for the vegetables and chicken (no big deal), they used the last of the beef and broccoli. Then after another few mins, the beef and broccoli was ready but the server just sat there joking around with the manager. Bythe time the second platter was complete, the first platter was cold. I ask for more sauce and they hand me a heaping pile- likea joke or something. The white rice is undercooked and hard. The vegetables are not cooked-totally raw. Just awful. Read more

This place I believe has been closed and/or currently under renovation. This panda hardly had menu items ready or available.... I've made only a couple of visits to this location and each time was beyond disappointment. I am not sure if thisclosure/renovation has to do with the tucked in location within the walmart shopping center but the location was not that busyat all atleast during the times of my visitation. Which makes me more confused as to why menu items were not ready and availableduring operation hours. Read more

The worst place to go, tonight I order a meal for my kid and I. EVERY time I order the Teriyaki chicken there is always a... 15-20min. wait, no matter what time of the day. As I paid, the driver threw cashier Natalia G, was EXTREMELY RUDE. She told meto park in the front of the store, because the food was still cooking. I moved up a little bit and realized there was no parkingspace whatsoever and the traffic was heavy. I looked back in my view mirrors and see Natalia yelling at me, telling me to "MOVE!and go to the front." I told her "Wait, there are vehicles moving and there are no more space to park in the front." I see pplready to leave from the front of the store, I was ready to move and park. Natalia G CONTINUES to yell and keep saying "MOVE!"while using hand gestures. It's like she wanted me to drive into traffic to get hit, so I can get out of the drive threw line. The only space that was open was the Walmart parking lot, but how would they know what vehicle or person to give the food to? AsI parked and in disbelief of what happened, I went into the store and asked for a refund. I wasn't the only person that wasdissatisfied. Another woman needed a refund for her poor quality of food. We were both told, no refund we can't get our moneyback. No one had authority to do it, because there was no manager. For some reason they did not know the cooperate, storemanager, or company phone number. We were told to come back in the morning to get a refund. Leslie was the only employee thathelped and was in charged. She witnessed how Natalia G behaved towards me and apologies on her behalf. I told Leslie that Iwanted my money back to take my business else where and that there was no reason for Natalie to talk to costumers like that.Leslie and I quote, "I agree with you and I will talk to her." Since I couldn't get a refund, Leslie wrote on the receipt tohave two plate of two side entrée of food comp on my next visit. I don't know how much this is true, or how reli Read more

Haven't been to this location in 2 years due to terrible service, horrible attitudes, and consistently wrong orders. Went... tonight out of convenience. Good to know some things never change. They couldn't bother closing the sweet and sour containers,so I got to spend 10 minutes cleaning my car and the food boxes before I could eat. It's time like this that the "now hiring"banner out front advertising starting pay at $13.50 shows how over paid they really are. Read more

Just not good, sadly. They are often out of certain dishes or the food will be very old, even at peak times. The saving grace is... they are one of the few fast food places that still actually cooks their own rice. I have been to other Panda Expresses aroundthe country that simply use parboiled rice which they microwave, resulting in a hard rice that turns to mush instantly when youbite it. It's disgusting! However, this location does still actually make rice on the spot which is why they get 3 stars; I'mrating them relative to other locations not other Chinese restaurants. Protip: never go through the drive-thru! Whenever I do Iask them what's fresh and order whatever they say, but sometimes I get home only to see a dried, shriveled serving of what theytold me was good! (I live less than a mile away, so it's nothing that's happening on the drive home.) Read more

So I ordered 2 item combo. Fried rice, Two entrees of beef and broccoli. This is what I paid $8 for... fried rice. They... literally put rice in the entree part to make it look like it was full. TF? Who does that?? Never again on this location. Read more
