Unfortunately the drive-thru at this location is incredibly subpar. 1. They got my fairly simple order wrong 3 of the 6 times... I went there. 2. If you want ANYTHING not included in your actual order (fork, napkin, sauce for your eggroll, fortune cookie)you must A. Specifically ask for it B. check the bag BEFORE you leave because it may or may not have made the bag. Managementseriously needs to work on training. Read more
Really disappointing. I never write reviews for poor experiences, as I kind of chalk it up to other factors and possibly being... in the wrong place at the wrong time. However, after waiting over 20 min - standing inside the actual restaurant, seeing othercustomers walk up and order more food to get served right away while other customers were waiting for already purchased food -being told they are making it fresh for you? only to get home and have your double portion entree item be 5 small pieces of beefand a plate full of unseasoned, bland broccoli. I?m all for waiting due to staffing shortages but it was obvious there was noclear organization or communication in this Panda. It?s very frustrating - spending $$ for food that wasn?t what you come toexpect, plus waiting over 20 min for someone to simply scoop it up and make the order. Sadly, will not be returning. Read more
Was going to dine in, no one in line, manager saw us walk in but decided to ignore us as he and the other employees were just... having a personal conversation. Drive thru backed up, no one in the diner yet decided to ignore us. Horrible service, wasespecially surprised by the manager who decided to continue his conversation and not manage the store as he should. Read more
This was my first order after downloading and using the APP. I changed the pickup time from ASAP to 30 minutes. Upon arrival, my... 'small' order (Panda Bowl) wasn't ready yet. I was told they were still cooking one of the entre's and would have to waitanother 10 minutes. I question whether the APP is worth keeping. I mean, the whole point is to order ahead and skip the wait;right? UPDATE: The APP is only good for paying in advance of picking up your order. Three times I've used the APP to orderahead and three times I've had to sit and wait for 10 - 15 minutes waiting for my order to be prepared. Each time I gave them ahalf hour between ordering and the pickup time. I'm deleting the APP and going back to the drive-thru. Read more
