I used to love getting takeout from this location. The food was always really good and the hostesses were friendly. However, I... ordered ahead a couple months agomy partner could pick it up after work. They arrived a little after the pickup time and weretold that the order had just been taken by someone else. We then had to wait half an hour while they prepared a new order andwhen they got home with it, I realized we had not been given our appetizer. I tried to get help though the app but after severalemails and submitting my receipts I was told they were going to ?get me connected to the correct department? and to ignore theemails saying the help ticket was closed. I never heard anything back. I was hesitant to go back after having spent money andnot received any sort of compensation for the inconvenience and missing item but today I decided to try again. This time. theyhad our food ready for us and most of the items were included, but we didn?t get any ranch which was very disappointing to me.Then, in my partner?s first bite of bones wing there was a bone about an inch long and several others were grisly. Needless tosay I unfortunately would no longer recommend this place - at least not unless they can get a better process in place to reportonline order issues. Read more
Apon entry it had a comfortable feel.. Plenty of staff, although it wasn't too busy. Ordered the bacon cheese burger, onion... rings, 5 wings{golden) vanilla milk shake.. Milk shake tasted like plain white ice cream. This said. I won't recommend that..Burger. Nice presentation, what you'd expect. Very tasty. Onion rings were hot and golden brown. {yes, they change there fryersoil} ????The wings were not hot, so we asked for a redo.. Perfect! Waitress was genuine, prompt, returned with total new wings..Golden! Delicious! This is a great casual spot in for easts kinda place. Good food, comfortable atmosphere.. Anytime of day. Came here with a buddy to watch the Suns game on a Sunday. Wings were decent, service was good.

I went for dinner and the food was really good. I ordered the cluck sandwich with some onion rings and they were not greasy and... crispy. The only thing I didn?t like was the avocado on the sandwich that was spotted, I?m allergic to avocados and the olderthey are the worse reaction I have, however the sandwich was delicious and filling. Just got the wing Wednesday special which is a 1/2lb of boneless for $5.49. Got 4.5lbs to feed the boys and I ($54), which... definitely would have been a good amount. Picked it up and thought it felt a little light but nonetheless took them home tomunch. Got home and weighed the bag to find out it only weighed 3lbs11oz. That was with the bag, boxes, and napkins. That ismore than a pound of food missing from my order. You would think they would put at least as much as I ordered if not a littleextra for being such a big order but instead they skimped me like $15 in food. A ?half pound? is more like 5-6oz. First I was enthusiastically greeted by Kaya who appeared to be doing an excellent job of training a new employee. The wings... were so yummy. Today is the Tuesday Wing Special and Kristen told me I could get one of each flavor if I wanted and I ordered 8different flavors and then she attempted to identify them on video. She did pretty well. I photographed the receipt, too. Theyeven have a chicken and waffle flavor that tastes like chicken and waffles. The wings are cooked perfectly as ordered, on thecrispy side. Really delcious wings, so many flavors to chose from. This is a great location, my traditional wings always come out... great. Perhaps my only criticism is that parking can be hard to come by depending on time of day! I always leave and crave thefood again a few days later. Read more
