This is the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to they gave me a caramel frap not even full and half of it was just whipped cream... and the fries were extremely oily and too much salt and they were kind of cold, like if they been sitting out there for like 30mins and the wait was more than 30+ minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and 1 happy meal and frap and fries and the manager wasn?thelping customers that were in the lobby waiting ???? just the worst Read more
This place here. Let. Me. Tell. You. The employees will block the drive thru. Sleep in their cars. Cuss you out when you ask why... the food you ordered online is not ?ready? but yet it?s sitting in the window ready? im talking like Doordash and UberEats?pickup? option. As if you can?t see the codes on the bags. They always say their system is down. They know their managers won?tdo anything when you call and complain. Bad service, no cashier, take too long to fulfill an order, I ordered three hot spicy to go, the lady called my order number and... just threw the bag on the counter without looking at me, I looked in the bag no napkins just the spicies. I waited like for5minutes for her to look back to the counter, and then she asked me if I needed something I told her napkins and ketchup, shetook them and threw them on the counter then I told her: "They go in the bag, you need training"..really bad experience. This place has stolen so much money from me because of how dumb they are. I assume this place doesn't care about people every... single time i come it's always wrong it's short like we already ah e inflation going up i could ALREADY JUST MAKE THIS , but IMLAZY so that's why I went to McDonald's ... Stars because the employees try their best and they're all really nice but the flies are brutal inside like there was 5 or 6... just buzzing around our table relentlessly. Like it's a McDonalds I get it but y'all should at least know about it. Everythingelse was good though. Shameful!!!? McDonald?s on Priest & Broadway..and you know how ?we? feel bout some sweet tea! This is the watered down drink... they handed me calling it sweet tea?!! After I waited ???? ? There was no customer access to anything (fountain machine, ketchup, napkins etc) which I'm sure is great for reducing waste and... keeping costs down but it made it inconvenient when I had to wipe the table off and there were no napkins available requiring meto wait in line again after already placing my order. No ketchup came with my order but i didn't want to wait in line again,letting my food get cool. At the conclusion of the meal I was going to top off my fountain pop so I waited in line only to findout the employee is unable to do a top off because the machine is only set to do different sizes. First world problems, I know,but it was such a different experience than the other who knows how many McDonald's I've been to across the country. Read more
