Where to start. Asked for a large Big Mac meal. Got a large fry filled like a medium, that were cold and unsalted. Asked for... sweet and sour and instead got ketchup? The guy working the window 10/6/22 at 9:10 was rude. How can you possibly mess up sobadly. I get that it?s a McDonald?s but man I?ve been to McDonald?s where I was treated like Ronald himself. $50 bucks later and wasn?t allowed to use the restroom?. They said closed. They have key codes on them but there is no sign... saying they are closed. Both restrooms are broke? Or? Well funny enough while eating an employee went to go use the restroom.How nice?.. never got straws, napkins, spoons for the ice cream?.. ???? Read more
Thanks for NOT HELPING ME and leaving me standing at the register bc i have an issue with a pickup order, and since you're busy,... good forbid you can't bother to help me. I was already standing at the register waiting to be helped for 5 minutes, and whensomeone finally does come up, she abandoned me immediately after hearing i had an issue using the app. The app Stole my points,and then never processed my order due to the usual error. I get it- its busy, but that doesn't mean i dont matter and shouldn'tget help. She didn't even offer be respectful to get a manager or ask if i wanted to order regardless of the issue! Just walkedaway and started doing drive thru! Come on people. Read more
Went through drive thru - cheeseburgers were over cooked and dried out, even bun was dried out. Gave us an old pie (time... stamped) that was also dried out. Why doesn't the private owner care about the bad reviews. Had to pay a dollar for a largewater and was not offered a small for free like other McDonald's have done in the past. Looking for a better McDonald's drivedown to baseline and rural much better. Read more
This Mcdonalds is the absolute worst. EVERY TIME we've ordered from this location, they've always left something out. Or it's... burned, or cold. It's NEVER good. They stand around and act like you're non-existent, even when you're trying to speak to them.Just the WORST customer service. People get paid for doing their jobs properly, the heck do you guys get paid for? Smh Read more
The bathroom was a health hazard. It was so bad it was unusable. No soap, No soap dispenser, No toilet paper. Surprising for the... bathroom to be in such bad shape because The Bathroom was locked per policy, and needed an employee enter a code to let peopleuse it. Read more
I would pass right by this McDonald's especially since there's a couple more not too far the little flip at the drive-thru... window was very rude and unwelcoming and I really didn't trust her to give me my food after I encountered her attitude. Big breakfast with hot cakes. Biscuits are fresh and delicious!!! Coffee is good. Eggs were not good, too watery for me. Sausage... is yummy. Pancakes were ok. Read more
